Have to change room twice the same day!!!

Pros: Staff was very friendly and professional.
Cons: They need to check their rooms before placing a costumer in they room.
Location: Location was OK, little far from downtown but taxi cost was reasonable.
TV on my room didn't have a remote then they sent somebody who found out the TV wasn't working. They moved me to another room (a handicap room). Taking a shower to found out soap dispenser fallen apart, shower head holder was broke and bathroom flooded due to drainage placed on the wrong spot!!! They moved me again and finally was able to settle on the third room.

Roo is too small.. beds are not comfortable.. Staff was not friendly at all.. extremely bad service

Great Staff, Great location

it was a great experience, the staff was so professional and well trained, the location is just perfect, very close to malls and other popular destinations. thumbs up !

The towels were very old and no hand towels available even when asked for. Also belies were old and only one available. Room too small for two persons.

Bad staff

Bad staff, no bad bathroom, bad check in and check out experience , room key not work as the receptionist wrote wrong room number.

Nice hotel, nice staff and a good location

I like this hotel, very good location and a very ftiendly staff. I just want to mention something about the breakfast, i didnt like changing the glasses used for juice to disposable cups. may be it doesnt matter for many people but it will show the place cheap while it is not, everytging in the breakfast area looks nice. I dont know how much the managment will safe by this and if it worth it.
