Other than location all isnt Good

Pros: some staff members at the breakfast service , Nihaya was devoted to help
I choosed this hotel based on the expedia recommendation , however , it wasn't at the level of a 5 stars and the service neither . the name of Kempinski is harmed here , the rooms are old , as the furniture and the toilets are not working properly . The TV wasn't working and had to call the service to turn it on after mid night.

Pros: Nothing comes to mind
Cons: Where to start...
Location: Poor location! Might be ok for business visitors but not for tourists
There are major building works going on, the place is full of workmen and the sounds of construction. The location is far from all major tourist destinations in a very boring part of town. The hotel itself does not meet the usual standards for a Kempinski hotel. Having said this the staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms clean & comfortable.

Nice hotel

Good location and facilities. Loved the bowling alley. Good food at the various restaurants. Staff helpful and pleasant but occasionally overattentive. Room really comfortable.

You get what you pay for.

We had the executive suite that was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Very spacious and comfortable. However, the hotel needs renovation and is not up to what you would expect from a Kempenski. Staff is wonderful but the little things that make your stay extra special is not there. Breakfast is ok. Everything is just ok nothing to brag about. Affordable. We were charged extra because only my name was on the reservation even though when I put in 2 kids and 2 adults on the Expedia web site.

bad house keeping

Worst stay- DON'T STAY THERE

the worst business staying ever. - Bad internet -Bad service -untrained staff (dry clean service is the worst, security are rude) not recommended for either business or anything.
