It was a junior sweet , verry dirty , i changed the room and the manager promised to give me the perfect room with best room service, but it was the worst hotel ever , dirty rooms , bad service , also the breackfast was discusting , it is a place for homeless and i paid for nothing , i hope that expedia site removes this hotel from the search list it is really one star hotel , no more , i hope also to check this hotel by expedia , the pictures of this hotel photoshoped , do not trust them.

i did not expect quality of this hotel according to the rate of the room charges it was less than expected same price can get in five star hotel in the same city ( for example kimpenski - sheraton - meridien ) which itried before

Location: Far from most of attraction. Unless you go to Amman for shopping, then it is 15 minutes away from the Shopping Malls.
The only good thing about the hotel was the staff, they were trying their best to meet the customer's needs. Most of the rooms were in bad condition, dirty carpets, damaged sofas, old bathrooms, frayed towels. Not good for a 4 stars hotel. Very difficult to find a non-smoking room, and double beds. Unless you specifically need to be in that area, the locations was far from most of attractions.

Cigarettes and ash were everywhere in rooms, corridors, and lobby. Even in the elevator people smoked despite NO SMOKING signs. Walking on carpet made my black socks black. I asked for money return after 2 hours of arrival because they can not provide a non-smoking room and they refused. The hotel deserve 2 stars and much less money than i paid. The hotel is not Coral. Its only "managed by Coral". Shampoo in bathroom is of bad quality and mixed with water. Internet is very expensive $8 per hour and only available in the room. The elevator was broken and i almost got trapped. The LCD TV was only 24 inch, more like desktop monitor. King bed is two single beds pushed together!! Took pictures of the room and will send to Coral International.

I stayed at this hotel two nights and it was great for the price. The hotel was in perfect shape, the room was huge, very clean and fully featured. Staff were all friendly and capable. The bad point is that it is located far away from downtown, although the neighborhood was nice. However this is not a big concern since taxis are very cheap in Amman and you can find them easily (a drive to downtown was only about 2-3 dinars).

Generally the impression of this hotel was good. The only problem we had was a quarrel with the receptionist at the night of arrival. The car we had ordered from the hotel to pick us up at the airport did not show up, and we had to make our own arrangements. There was a misunderstanding about the whole situation, and instead of accepting this and treating the guests with due respect, we had to go through an unpleasant conversation with the staff. Not very professional. Otherwise the room was nice and clean, and the hotel facilities as one would expect. Hotel is about a 15 minute taxi ride from downtown, but as taxis are very affordable this was not a problem. All in all our stay was ok, but a bit tainted by our initial meeting with the staff. One should also mention though, that the other staff we had contact with were all helpful and polite.
