I dn't like at all as Hotel was not at all good from any perspective. I stayed in this hotel with my family for 2 nights. We had horrible experience which had never face in our Europe trip. Very disappointed with staffs behaviour and difficulties we faced. From very first day Morning there was no water in the Bathroom and as a family with kids it was so terrible to bear it. It was indeed very difficult to stay alongwith family. one of staff behaviour was rude with my family which is not at all accepted from any perspective. I would recommend everyone not to choose this hotel better go for nice friendly hotel...

Convenient downtown hotel but room was poor
Stayed here two nights at the beginning of my Jordan trip and on arrival was very happy with location and lobby area of hotel, but room a very different story. Didn’t expect much for the price but the walls had stains all over them, the room was freezing, AC not working very well and bathroom disgusting & smelled. The staff were mostly friendly, but one guy had told me he would arrange transport for me one morning and then I never saw him again, rest of the staff weren’t so helpful. Would stay here if you don’t mind a cheap hotel but would encourage Pasha Hotel to renovate the rooms asap!

The hotel was in a great spot for walking around, with the amphitheater and citadel a few minute's walk during the day, and the nearly market for walking around at night. The tours offered by the hotel were significantly cheaper then tours offered by other hotels, and the drivers were pleasant and professional.

1 star is too much for this hotel very dirty unprofessional staff and rude rooms very bad couldn’t even take a shower very old bathroom I don’t recommend it to anyone at all it’s the worst hotel I ever been in my life never again The reason I booked it because it’s in the middle of the city but it’s not worth it at all

Smoking allowed in lobby and dining area and in some rooms . Fire escape on floor 5 locked despite multiple requests to have it unlocked in case of fire . Noisy. Restaurant serves bland overpriced food for dinner. Overall more like a hostel than a hotel .

The staff were so friendly and helpful. This hotel is walking distance to things to see in Amman. I liked the breakfast buffet and rooms. My only suggestion is warmer blankets please, especially in winter

Good Location, Mr. Raymond team is good in all aspects, hospitality, travel arrangement, and food. My all 6 days travel arrangement was done by Mr. Marwan, with reasonable price. Enjoyed with playing pets like birds, rabbit, Squirrel.

This is a super spot if you want to be downtown and have a simple room I really appreciate that you can still find a good price at a hotel with a bathroom and great ambiance great staff and breakfast

A fun, Bohemian, old style hotel. Fantastic staff, great rooftop restaurant. The concierge was able to schedule private taxi tours of historical sites with drivers who spoke English and were very knowledgeable. A very friendly place, more like visiting friends than staying in a hotel.

Its location was ideal for walking around the oldest part of Amman, from the Roman theater to the Citadel to the Jordan Museum and all through the old shopping district. The rooftop restaurant was fantastic! A charming "Bohemian" old style hotel.

The hotel is just across the road from the Roman Theatre, very near the Citadel, and next to the heart of downtown Amman. The location could not be better. But on top of this, the place has a great vibe. At any given time in the foyer area, a whole range of travellers will be sitting there discussing their stories, waiting for a tour, or possibly even booking one. It gives the place a real energy. Additionally, it offers free twice daily walking tours, These are run by Mohamed Ezzet, who is an Amman local, and are great value. He takes you to interesting shops, houses, streets, etc.and has much to say about his city, that he loves. I can thoroughly recommend taking one. Also, if you need to book a tour, see Marwan at the tour desk. He can book almost anything for you, and I found that his prices were very reasonable. I organised a couple of car/driver hires through Marwan, and they were great value. Marwan also checked with me that everything was done to my liking. The rooms were quite basic; nothing pretentious, however the beds were clean and comfortable and the air conditioning kept things at a good temperature. From my perspective, they were perfiectly adequate. I couldn't imagine going to Amman and staying anywhere else. Make this your Amman destination

Location was unique. The staff was very friendly and nice. Jaafar, the manager, was very pleasant and make you feel you are at home. He was very caring. Also, the owner of the hotel, Raymond, was very caring. The rooftop terrace is great place to relax after a long day out.

Negative first. The bathrooms are in desperate need of an upgrade but that may be only rooms 503 and 504. Positives. Truly friendly, happy and amazing management and staff (and there are lots of them). Each and every one of them could not do enough to help us. Great location, travel information from hotel is excellent and reasonably priced. Hotel very close to Roman amphitheater and local siqs and coffee houses. Restaurant/bar on the top floors of the hotel serve good food. Very good place to meet fellow guests in the breakfast /bar on ground floor. Would definitely recommend to people looking to stay in a good value downtown hotel but please remember you get what you pay for.

Location was great. Loved their mission to help those in need, loved the quirky ness, it reminded us of our hippy days. The staff was terrific, very helpful. The rooftop restaurant was great and we trusted the food. Did not like that I was not reimbursed after having to cancel day trip, as there was another person that took my place.

Vey good location - literally across the road from the roman theatre and a 2JOD taxi from the citadel on top of the hill behind the hotel. Nice rooftop bar with nice cocktails and food. Plenty of signs all over the hotel with pieces of information/tips on how to make your trip better and local advice.

I loved the location right in the middle of the Balad. Max at the front desk was terrific insisting I have coffee and some breakfast before I left for the airport. The roof is fabulous, the food delicious and it’s a wonderful place to stay. This from a sixty-something solo woman traveler.

Very quirky! If you are looking for luxury this is not your place, however if you are looking for a clean, authentic, eclectic, inexpensive place to lay your head, full of interesting characters, this is it! The Pasha is an older hotel in the most interesting part of Amman, right across from the Roman Amphitheater. The place is full of memorabilia, photos, postcards, etc., there is traditional (think bedouin) style bar/restaurant where people can hang out to listen to music and share a bottle of wine or a beer or two in the evenings. There are two rooftop decks, the first has free ranging baby bunnies and ducks, a small chicken, a few guinia pigs and a couple of turtles that call it home. The second (above the first) has a spectacular view of the city and the amphitheater, perfect to sit and share a bottle of wine but when we were there the weather was a little too cool. A friendly squirrel and a bitey cockatoo live in the first floor common area. The owners have placed lots of information on every floor about all sorts of things going on in the city, walking tours, cooking classes, etc., etc. It is close to everything, high end restaurants and local hole in the walls and 5 minutes from a myriad of souks for the experience of a lifetime. We were only there two nights but would have loved to have stayed a week. Don't forget to read the signatures on the staircase walls, and sign it yourself when you leave! People from all over the world have stayed at the Amman Pasha!

not the fanciest but one the of cosiest properties i stayed. raymond, the owner was so kind and helpful. the staff members were attentive. the hotel is located in a good location and houses a good restaurant and fantastic rooftop tables (with rabbits and turtles). will definitely stay here again next time in amman.
