What a great location - right on the beach, with a pool, but also near the main town area in Amorgos for quick trips for shopping or meals! The staff was also lovely and so eager to help their guests. The only issue was that we were placed in a room on the edge of the property, and therefore the internet did not reach into our hotel room, so we did not have internet in our room for the 4 nights of our stay. Otherwise we had a great experience!

The check in was very bad. When we arrived they told us that the 2 rooms we had booked were not available, that they had made a mistake and only had one room, they wanted us to go to an apartment 5 minutes walking from the resort. We had booked this place months ago which is expensive, to be on the beach and for the kids to have a pool not to be in an apartment. They insisted, making us feel bad and we finally said no and they found someone else to give us their room. We were feeling really bad, finally were able to get our rooms later in the evening and then the room we got was not what we had paid for. It was an older room and the bed was terrible, I could not sleep. Since the incident with the check in, I did not want to cause more trouble and did not ask to change, I should have, by the 3rd night my back was a mess… We thought it was a mistake but then I went to read the reviews again and realized they do this all the time. For a place like this, this is really not good. The location is great but the experience not what I want when I go relax on vacation…. I would not go back and do not recommend it.

Perfectly located next to the beach, with a lovely pool and restaurant and the grounds were lovely and well maintained. The staff were friendly and could not do more to help- we felt totally relaxed here.

Great location, right at the beach. Breakfast was outside on the patio with gorgeous views and the sound of the waves. Room cleaning was lacking the basics. But overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

No one was there to let me and my mother in the hotel, after many many calls to the hotel and expedia no one was there to pick up. After arriving in the early hours of 3am, the hotel was closed, no one was there to answer. Will not be recommending this hotel to anyone, unless you want to be left outside and no one will let you in

Spacious beachside location close to main village
Delighted to have been upgraded to a self catering unit having booked a superior double room. Helpful and friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was however poor consisting of mostly cold food except for toast and coffee. No cooked food. Dinner was not properly cooked and presented so we mostly ate out at village restaurants which were generally better and cheaper. Despite this we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and found the location very relaxing, peaceful and quiet. Service was always friendly and the staff all spoke some English and could not do enough to help.

I had a great holiday in this nice hotel The fantastic ms NIkki will make your stay a memorable one. It is right on the beach .', and aegiali is the right choice. The superior apartments are what you need for a family. Great food.

Relaxing hotel right on the beach
Stayed here for 9 nights and had a lovely time. It is very chilled. The rooms are spread out hence the "village" name. After a long day walking you can just swim as you are on the beach. The rooms are not your standard anywhere in the world type but have Greek touches which is lovely. Breakfast is amazing with a large range of homemade jams to choose from.

Lucky Lakki!
We were upgraded after requesting a quieter room away from the pool. The location is perfect, on the beach and a short walk to the port, bars and tavernas. Great service from Nicki and her family.

Fantastic stay!
Lakki is a beautiful family-run place, with an excellent restaurant, such friendly staff (Niki and her family really made the trip great) and we really felt at home. We were upgraded for free to a one bedroom apartment that was about 10 mins walk away, but it was still great to come back and eat in the restaurant and relax by the beach. Highly recommend staying there!

Les chambres sont spatieuses mais un peu vieillottes au niveau de l’aleublement Salle de douche petite Le confort reste correct Nous avons du demander le nettoyage de la chambre le premier jour après c’etait fait régulièrement Le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas et malgré ma demande personne n’est intervenu Petit dejeuner tres bien avec une vue magnifique sur la baie Piscine tres agreable Le parling est un peu en dehors du village. EXCELLENT CHOIX !!
On a adoré notre séjour cocooning dans cet hôtel niché dans son joli jardin fleuri. Tout était parfait, chambre pas immense mais impeccable, literie très confortable et petite terrasse bien agréable. Le gros plus : la plage juste au pied de l'hôtel. Petits dejeuners copieux et variés, sans oublier les repas excellents et la grande gentillesse de tout le personnel. Bref l'idéal pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Hotel au bord de la plage mais juste à côté d'un beach club squatté du matin au soir: vous avez même la surprise de prendre le petit déjeuner avec vue sur une rangée de duvets qui ont passé la nuit à la belle etoile ! Pour plus de tranquillité la piscine ? Pas si on est venu encore une fois chercher le calme car les familles sont presentes avec tous les enfants au bord de la piscine ! Petit dejeuner sans plus : pas de fruits, pains sans goût ! J'ai réservé pour une chambre supérieure et sincèrement très déçue car vieillot, sans goût !

Chouette séjour à aegali
Très bel endroit en bord de mer dans un jardin luxuriant et très bien aménagé avec une jolie piscine et une salle de restaurant face à la mer avec une vue splendide :on déjeune à l ombre des tamaris .les chambres toutes différentes sont réparties sous forme de bungalows dans le jardin entre la piscine et la plage :certains dont cycladiques ,d autres plus anciennes seront à rafraîchir mais toutes sont charmantes et agréables .l hôtel est à deux pas d aegali pour aller dîner dans les tavernes et tout près du port pour prendre le ferry ou le bus pour les villages .hotel familial tenu par des gens adorables

Très bon séjour. Excellent accueil Sophia et Nicky sont charmantes. Jardin magnifique. Restaurant au bord de l'eau. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Certaines sont déjà refaites d'autres non. En ce qui concernait la nôtre la salle de bains avait besoin d'un coup de neuf. A deux pas du port d'Aegiali pour une petite balade le soir. Service de bus publics pour accéder aux villages environnants très facile à utiliser.

Au port de THIRA ns sommes traités comme du bétail
L'accueil est parfait. Je recommande la masseuse extra professionnelle. Dommage notre chambre donnait en face du bar et la musique était jusqu'à 23h30 trop forte. Par contre impossible de revenir à SANTORIN car la Cie SEAJETS et les autres ne préviennent pas les annulations, encaissent l'argent, et nous avons été bloqués 2 jours de plus sur l'île. Frais supplémentaires d'hôtel, de location de voiture. Avons dû prendre une autre Cie qui partait ce jour là mais ns a emmené à LAXOS, puis une autre pour revenir à THIRA (7 heures de bateau !!!!!) Prévenir vos clients que cette Compagnie n'est pas fiable du tout. Beaucoup de personnes sont restées bloquées et ont manquées leur avion c'est totalement inacceptable .(aucun remboursement....) Je recommande pour la location de voiture l'ETOILE DE MER, le propriétaire PARLE FRANCAIS très sympa.

Logement décevant et à ne pas renouveller par rapp
En arrivant difficilement à la réception, la gérance nous demande si nous étions intéresses par un autre type de séjour ( appartement au village) car elle n avait nos deux logements de disponibles. Ayant refusé son offre nous avons attendu deux heures pour avoir d abord un logement correct et conforme aux prestations et après avoir refusé le deuxième studio affreux , elle nous a attribué un 2 éme sous la laverie du linge du village et près des parkings avec seult un lit. Et lors de notre départ elle nous a demandé une taxe de séjour et surtout pas proposer de nous emmener au départ de notre car. bref un village superbement placé mais avec une gestion difficile à comprendre, cher pour les prestations demandées.

Très déçue au vue du prix et des services annoncés
Pour 1 ou 2 jours, parfait bien placé surtout avec un enfant qui profitera de la piscine. Cependant pour 10 jours et au vue du tarif, nous avons été très déçus : pas de chambre avec cuisine comme annoncé, nettoyage quotidien hyper approximatif (on a retrouvé une paire de chaussette pas à nous), restaurant peu serviable surtout quand on demande un plat spécial pour enfant et club enfant non ouvert en haute saison (on n'a jamais vu une animatrice), service à la piscine peu cordial, on ne se préoccupe pas de vous ou de savoir si tout va bien (regarder son tél perso semble plus important qu'un client), matelas piscine pas hyper propres, douches de la piscine très sales et jamais nettoyées en 10 jours, sans compter le wifi qui fonctionne très mal.... Les seuls plus : accueil très souriant, l'emplacement et la beauté du paysage ! Très déçue au final au vue du prix !!

Village charmant et service impeccable
Nous avons passer un excellent séjour au Lakki village. D’abord un peu « effrayé » par le fait qu’il accueille des groupes complets de voyageurs, mais finalement le charme des lieux, la localisation et la gentillesse du personnel l’a emporté. Petit déjeuner face à la mer exceptionnel, la plus belle vue que nous ayons eu en vacances. La responsable des lieux nous a donné énormément de conseils pertinents pour visiter l’île ainsi que quelques bonnes adresses. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Sejour du 11-07 au 17-07-2019 en famille (4 pers), arrivés par Katapola, départ d'Aegiali. Vue splendide sur la baie depuis le restaurant. Endroit calme, accès direct plage très belle, idéal famille, vegetation luxuriante dans les allées. Personnel tres accueillant et aux petits soins. Merci à la patronne pour ses confitures maison. Petit dejeuner copieux. Animations musicales traditionnelles le soir. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le nord de l'île et faire de belles randonnées (location de voiture conseillée : etoile de mer à Katapola : ils sont top et pas chers). Amorgos : tres jolie, authentique et encore préservée du tourisme de masse.

Lite nergången anläggning men trevligt läge på str
Trevlig anläggning allt inom räckhåll Centrum, restauranger och beach. Fint poolområde på anläggningen. Trevlig och hjärtlig personal. Vi hade bokat minsta rummet, och Sängen var i minsta laget. Städningen kunde varit bättre. Anläggningen sliten behov av uppgradering här och där Vi stördes vissa nätter av närliggande Bar med hög musik till tidig morgon. Frukosten hade kunnat vara mer varierande. Ex apelsinjuice istället för Apelsinsaft. Varierat bröd mörkt och ljust. Olika pålägg. Scrambled eggs Ibland. Bättre brödrost. Solstolarna togs bort på stranden vid hotellet. dom var inte I bra skick. Men ersattes inte? Allt som allt så hade vi en fin och avkopplande semester.

Great place!
Very nice family run hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the pool area one of the nicest I’ve seen. The staff is friendly and hospitable. The location is great, right down to the beach. Take time to ask the owner for the story of the place - it’s filled with love and hard work. We’ll come back!

Premier séjour à Amorgos
Hôtel familial en bordure de mer. Très bon accueil, on se sent entouré. Les jardins sont très beaux et très bien entretenus.Attention la piscine est d'eau de mer ce qui n'était pas indiqué sur le site. On peut se passer de voiture car il y a de nombreux restaurants à 5 minutes de marche ainsi que de petites boutiques. Par contre, notre chambre pour 3 adultes était très petite et pas de terrasse juste une table avec deux chaises dans un passage qui menait aux autres chambres Doc aucune intimité.

Le site est trés beau mais notre chambre n’etait Pas disponible à notre arrivée, nous avons eu un petit appartement pour 1 nuit en attendant, je ne comprends pas ayant réservé 6 mois avant, mauvaise organisation !!!! Notre appartement était bien si ce n’est que nous avions un bar branché sur la plage à coté avec de la musique jusqu’à 6 h du matin autant vous dire que pour dormir c’est vraiment pas ça. Sinon la piscine, la terrasse du restaurant et l’environement Sont parfait. Dommage

Bra och mysigt hotell! Trevlig personal! Underbart läge och fint hotellområde! Valde att stanna några nätter till och dom ordnade det och det var schysst, men vid utcheckningen fick vi betala mer än vad vi hade kommit överens om. Vi kände oss besvikna och lurade.
