The stadd was outstanding from the time we checked in with Delina to the lady at the front counter, Siri for the breakfast bar.The location was also fantastic.when you exited through the rear door, you were right on one of the canals. "Excellent hotel in prime location! Free bikes so you can explore more! Staff is super friendly gave me a little note and chocolate as well as a late check out so this was much appreciated as I had a late flight. We also had drinks at the Lyan bar which has funky vibes and great cocktails. There is also social hour from 4-5p with free wine or beer. It seems to be a popular place and was fully booked but staff did not seem rushed-they were kind to everyone! Will defo be back !"
