Shame, could have been perfect

The menu in the restaurant was limited for vegetarians, the temperature in the harbour restaurant varies too much , the service was spotty and the food just OK, no more than that.
I also understand sometimes a hotel closes a restaurant for a private party. but not if there is only one restaurant. A very limited room service menu is not an answer, and the fact I had to ask for special permission for the hotel to waive the room service charge of 10 Euro ( which they did ) is silly. Also there was no hot water on my last morning. That also happens, but I was told it would be hot in 15-20 minutes. It wasn't. If you don't know, don't guess, people make decisions on information and giving wrong information is counter-productive.
Apart from that the hotel was excellent , I had a renovated room which was really good, quiet, excellent HVAC, good water pressure ( water could have been hotter at all times) great bed, great WiFi.the parking is iverfull and on my checkout, my taxi could not get out of the lot for 5 minutes becasue of the jam there.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. It is unfortunate to read that your stay with us was not completely up to your satisfaction.
Unfortunately, there was a system error which caused chilly water. Early in the morning when the error was discovered our Technical Service Department immediately solved the issue. Due to unclear messages, it was first announced that the water would heat up again within an hour. Nevertheless, after considering the error more precisely the Technical Service Department discovered it would take longer. My apologies for the inconvenience it has caused you. It is more than understandable that next to a cold shower, being misinformed was a bad start of your day.
Furthermore, it is a pity that our restaurant The Harbour Club Kitchen was not up to your satisfaction. Did you know that when we finish the renovation we will also open a new restaurant? I do hope you will come and have a look!
