Staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, although somethings were broken in our room / run-down. Bed wasn't the comfiest, but were clean.

I booked this hotel for a week, got bitten by bed bugs, spoke to staff and they apologised and said they would change our room and upgrade with no additional charge. Later they said there is no upgraded room available, and that we can get unlimited drinks the same day and breakfast the next day with no charge. The room got changed only to get bitten by more bed bugs. We got no free drinks, and when we went for breakfast the next day they were questioning on who said so. Location is far away from central so if you are happy to travel an hour and a half by bus then it’s fine. Just keep in mind that the last bus is 20:30, if you don’t make that bus then you would have to walk it for 30 minutes .

We really enjoyed the stay however the smell of the drains in our bathroom was unpleasant but bearable. We liked the room, beds and fridge. The location was out the way of Amsterdam but easy enough to Bolt in to the city. We used The Beach for one drink on the first night but we didn’t use the hotel bar.

This property is advertised as near the city of Amsterdam but it isn’t - the public service takes over 1 hour 15min to get there there are no bars near the hotel it was awful and a horrible experience- we checked out on the Friday evening as it too 2 hours to get back -it cost a fortune in taxi to get to our other hotel!! Expedia would not allow us to change or give us a refund !!! DO NIT USE THUS HOTEL

Everyday I woke up to new bites, I let the front desk know, there was no offers to move my room. There was mold in the bathroom, and my sink did not empty quickly as if it was clogged. I appreciate how kind the staff was but overall it was a negative experience.

I booked this hotel as it was close to the airport, however I didn’t notice as to how far away from the city/central area it is by transport. If you drive it’s about 30mins away and taking taxes is way too expensive. I had an issue with my room as it had a bed bug infestation, on my first night I had notified the front of house, I was told my room would be changed the followings day but they were fully booked? But when checking online they had rooms available. I was given a new pillow was that’s where I noticed the bug went. I still carried on having more issues with the bed bugs as it wasn’t just on the bed/ matters but also on the walls and the doors, I kept my belongings within my bags as I didn’t want them to get infected too. Housekeeping don’t change your bedding unless you make a complaint which is quite now to me as I thought this was a daily thing to do! They also disturb you and will carry on opening your door till it unlocks. No mini bar, and limited snacks/drinks at the bar section and overpriced €6 for 500ml water is ridiculous. When I asked why they didn’t have more options I was told because there’s a supermarket about 10/15mins away but they close at 8pm. I didn’t eat here as I was very put off from the bug infested areas. I’m honestly not happy about my stay here it was the worst experience I’ve had and my complaint weren’t resolved at all and sleeping on dirty sheets for 5 days is terrible. I left with multiple bites all over private area 2

It was not bad, but the problem it is far from the city and no transport, the rooms were good had good showers but some staff were very rude to everyone and doesn't understand customers service, some of them were very nice

Hotel was bare minimum. Staff was decent but not overly helpful. The area has done restaurants but the hours of operation are not hospitable. The breakfast buffet was minimal for €17/person Hotel was worth the cost.

On arrival the lady at the reception had an attitude. She didn’t even greet us. The hotel advertises that they have burgers and chips for sale at their restaurant. When we asked for this meal they said they don’t have it. The phone in the room has a button for room service but unfortunately this hotel does not even have room service. The tv in the room cannot change to English and the internet for the tv did not work so we were unable to even watch YouTube. The towels in the room were very very thin and cheap. Lastly, the hotel is very very very far from the central. I would not stay here again

A good spot if you are flying in/out of Schiphol. It is in the backside of the airport but we weren't bothered at all by noise. The biggest issue was that the hotel was understaffed so the desk clerk was doing everything from waiting tables to checking in guests. We asked for a bucket of ice for our room and we never did get it. If you have a car, there is parking in the back as there is nothing on the main road.
