Close proximity to all downtown attractions and right next to the train station, so perfect location. Staff is great. Brought my daughter orange juice and ibuprofen when she started to get sick. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in a good location

This is a large modern hotel close to the main station and town centre. The facilities and room with Apple TV were all great. For me the only disappointing thing was the club lounge. It was quite small for a large hotel and only really offered more than just coffee from 6-8pm when it got very busy. Also, I think they should label the food so we know what we are eating which they didn't do. (In the lounge.)

Great hotel close to station and central Dam

Stayed 3 nights on a weekend in May and loved the location, the facilities and the vibe of the hotel. Great location for central Amsterdam and also for transport to the wider area The hotel bar downstairs was nice and relaxed but bar staff in the Skylounge on the top floor were terrible with long waits for drinks and demanding tips to get served quicker which is a real shame as all other staff were friendly and helpful Would def stay again but would avoid the Skylounge and head into the city for a drink

Badly Managed hotel!

The hotel is extremely poorly managed - upon checkin I was given a handicapped ready room instead of mine - their excuse... our hotel system screwed up! Upon check out I was given 1 hr late check out whereas my friend got a 4 hrs late check out! I can go on and on with problems I encountered!! Very surprising almost all hotels in Amsterdam have the best service except for this Double Tree Hilton - I wish my experience reaches management of this hotel!!

Nice hotel beside the train station

Nice hotel with 24/7 gym. Room is clean and drinking water can be obtained at the hotel lobby.

Great location !

Hotel is in a great location .. perfect for travel link from airport. The city centre location is ideal but also not right in the centre of the busy streets so quieter at night. Hotel is nice and clean and staff are friendly. Perfect location for weekend in Amsterdam!

Modern hotel has great location, room not so clean

Pros: The location, breakfast and executive lounge.
Cons: Cleaner rooms please
Our room was not clean to Hilton Standards when we arrived. Toilet seat dirty and pet hair on upholstered furniture. Once we brought this to the attention of the hotel, cleanliness was improved somewhat, but pet hair remained. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Location next to Centraal Station excellent.

Wonderful stay, excellent location

Fantastic stay over Easter period. Staff service levels were superior, always friendly and ready to assist. We had a room on the 3rd floor it was quiet and accessible. Only downside was the executive lounge was overcrowded most days. I think for business travellers that might have irked them as most occupants were families.
