Great location but poorly managed

It's a 15 minute walk to central, so no need for public transport. A supermarket is next door and a variety of shops, restaurants, pubs nearby.
If a light sleeper, the blinds covering windows were thin so alot of sunlight came through when guests were sleeping as there is a double bed and sofa bed in the living room.
Landlady explained the bin men only come Fridays and Mondays so piles of binbags were in the apartment until check out.
The corner double bed, may have had bed bugs or some insect living nearby as two guests were constantly bitten at night. When explaining it to the landlady, she advised there's no problem and it was Mosquitos, which I would have believed if all the guests staying had been bitten.
No apology or part refund was offered.
1 bathroom wasn't sufficient for 8 people, I think 5 people max. Strange to have two showers in the bathroom unless staying with loved ones. Theres no window, so noises or foul odours can be smelt in the bedroom.
Landlady was quite rude and emailed us 4 days before our flight asking for €200 cash deposit ontop of total amount. Wasn't made clear on check in arrangements as we had a late arrival flight - staff quite unfriendly
