Lovely hotel. Highly recommended

Pros: The staff, the rooms, great breakfast.
Cons: nothing!
Location: The hotel is a bit far from the center but we took the 16 Tram which is 5 minutes away and in 10 minutes ride we were in the center.
We were greeted by a lovely staff, very helpfull. The hotel is great, te bed is amazing - slept like a baby :-) The executive floor has lots to offer - snacks and drinks. great treat.. Breakfast is also a treat, loved the variety and the lovely service. We loved the hotel, hope to return next year!

Great hotel close to the city centre, within walking distance to the museum quarters any beyond. First class service.

Nice Hotel in a quite location

Stayed for a weekend had a pleasant stay. Bed comfortable. Ask for a canal view. Room a little tired. I would have thought that the Hilton would provide toothbrush, toothpaste, razor etc for the price. Breakfast very good with lots of choice. Staff helpful with information. From Airport take the train to Zuid station then its just a couple of stops on the No. 5 Tram to the Hotel. You can also take the No.5 tram to Amsterdam Central about 20 mins.

Weekend break in Amsterdam

The hotel was very good,as you would expect from a Hilton hotel. Just a small point had to wait for breakfast? Which was worth the wait

Wonderful stay

Pros: The staff was super nice :) The room size, Housekeeping, The bar, Half Moon Lounge, Bike rental service.
Location: Close to the museums quarter and Vondelpark.
I spent a lovely seven nights 'October 2nd-9th' in Hilton Amsterdam, it was amazing experience ! The room was clean and very comfortable, The breakfast was really nice. The restaurant and the bar were both excellent, I enjoyed the fabulous Half Moon Lounge. The hotel is located in a very calm area. It was quiet and extremely peaceful but very close to the museums quarter and the glorious Vondelpark. Hilton Amsterdam features a bike rental service, which is a good and a fun alternative for public transport. Definitely gonna choose Hilton Amsterdam for my next visit :)

Great staff, really nice hotel bar. Good location - can walk to the museums very easily and about 20 mins to town centre.

Time honoured experience shows

Pros: Location was good, quiet and convenient
Cons: Wifi could be better Bed was beginning to feel old or if that wasn't the case, not as comfortable as it could have been
Location: Within walking distance of museums. Great selection of restaurants and eateries.
Breakfast buffet very good Ambience in Half Moon Lounge very pleasant Efficient staff Nice, quiet location Facilities good in bedroom

Pros: The staff and breakfasts were top notch!
Cons: It would have been good to include spare pillows and blankets in the room if necessary.
Location: The hotel is well situated next to Vondelpark in a quiet location near to all the major museums and galleries and canals.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the 5th floor, a very clean and comfortable room with great views, very attentive and cheerful staff and an excellent breakfast, it is hard to beat. The location is quiet and within walking distance of the main tourist areas. It all comes highly recommended.

The service of the hotel was really really bad.

I pay the money in advance and confirm the booking.my hotel room was booked from 14.00. I arrived in hotel at 16.00. After arriving to the hotel, the staff told me that the room was not ready. It was really really unacceptable. If they don't have the room so why they took the money in advance??? Moreover, When I got the room key I found that the facility I suppose to get from the hotel was not sufficient. Even, I do not find any single toothpaste on the room. And there was more problem I faced in Hilton. I thought Hilton is a good brand I don't need to take extra headache but the scenario was totally totally opposite. I was really surprised to get service like this from The brand like Hilton. I will never ever recommend to anyone to bookin hilton. I booked business executive room. If the business executive service is poor like this so what will be others???? It was really really very bad experience. and they just ruined my holiday.
