Pros: Best hotel at Schiphol airport
Cons: Refrigerator in rooms
I enjoyed the comfort the quiet and the peace. Great hotel.

Convenient location

Pros: The free shuttle to and from the airport made it easy to access the train to the city.
We had a great experience at this hotel. We arrived via free shuttle from the airport at 8am and our room was ready for us. The staff was efficient and pleasant. We enjoyed the breakfast which was included.

Convenient lodging near airport

Pros: Check-in service was very pleasant. Tamara was pleasant, professional and was very helpful. She offered wake up call, transportation service options, and even offered brown bag breakfast because of early flight.
Cons: Shuttle service to the airport was limited -- start of service was late (6 a.m.) especially for international travelers, and limited service between 8 & 9 p.m.
Location: Location was OK, although quite a distance from airport (20 Euro taxi fare) and limited food availability in the area.

Very efficient shuttle service which runs frequently and on time. Decent breakfast and clean rooms. Overall good value for money.

This a comfortable hotel near Amsterdam airport.

Location: Public transportation is close.
Near to AMS airport. Staff is kind and helpful. It is not really close from downtown but you can easily go there taking advantage of free shuttle service.

Close to airport

Like that they have a free shuttle to airport. Staff was friendly, room was quiet, bed was comfy - I slept well. Within walking distance to shopping area (but things close at 6pm). My stay was pleasant, easy, affordable and convenient. I will stay again when I have connecting flights in AMS.

Excellent Staff

Pros: Amenities, use of computers and printers, proximity to airport
Cons: Hard pillows - better pillows would be appreciated.
Location: Somewhat remote from Amsterdam but an ideal spot for access to airport.

Bad hotel far from city

Hotel staff were rude unhelpful. Hotel is fifteen minutes away from Hoofddorp Station but it is difficult to walk to as it is situated on the highway. I payed for a room with one double bed but was given a room with two single beds. Not what I asked for! Also they took 50 euros deposit off me on the day even though I paid online, I was told I would receive the 50 euros back on check out day but I did not

Nice hotel but too far from Amsterdam

If you need a hotel near the airport for just one night. This hotel might be o good option. It is nice, clean and it has a good breakfast. If you are going to sightseeing in Amsterdam. I do not recommend it. Unless you are ok in spending an hour to her to and from Amsterdam. Yes, one hour! The problem is that the hotel is further than the airport so you have to take a shuttle to the airport that takes 20 minutes and then take a train from the airport into Amstersam central. Another 20 minutes. And you have to wait in between. The shuttle leaves every 40 minutes and the train from the Airport leaves every 10 minutes. Too much of a hassle.
