Top rate staff-a warm welcome in difficult times.
Coronavirus meant many features bar/restaurant were not available. We could not fault the attitude and support of staff. From our pre-dawn phone call from the airport to confirm arrangements, to our departure and transfer the following day we were dealing with a team of people who clearly place a great emphasis on customer service. The room was spacious and spotless. We plan to revisit Amsterdam in more "normal" times and this hotel will probably be our first consideration due to the staff.
