The property is nice, the location of being close to the airport is good, the convenience of food being close is not good. They serve breakfast and dinner, no lich so you have to find somewhere else to eat. Nothing close.

Our sink and shower leaked the whole time and there was no technician to fix it until after our stay. Would have been nice to have a USB outlet for charging. Breakfast was good. Room amenities were scant and cheap. Good location to park but traffic including bikes was scary; dangerous to cross some of the streets. Nice staff. Convenient shuttle to and Freon airport.

Wall leaking, bathroom flooded, and the staff could not be bothered to solve it. One person said they were too busy, and another simply handed out towels for the floor. No repair and no offer to move. Bed sheets were stained and dirty. No luggage storage, either pay for early check in or keep your luggage. Staff was short and unpleasant about issues.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. Overall it is a decent and safe hotel with shuttle service every 40 mins to airport. The room washroom was well laid out and worked well but a weird 2" step up into the bathroom is easy to bang your toe on at night, I've never seen a modern hotel with such a weird step into the washroom. Unfortunately big stains on the sofa and chair in our room were a real turn off for me, needs cleaning or replacing. Our first welcome at front desk was quite rude, the other person at desk was nice. The dining staff and cleaning staff in hallways were very kind.
