Lack of facilities for Disabled people

I was told before arriving at the hotel that we would have a special room as my little girl is in a wheelchair .On arrival we were then told there was not a big room to accommodate a double bed and a sofa bed that was wheelchair accessible. We were quite upset as this ment we were very crammed in our room with the wheelchair being a fire hazard should there be one.This was mentioned to the desk but they did not suggest a alternative solution. Would not have had a problem with the hotel otherwise. Room was clean and hotel location was convenient for us.

Great location easy to get into the centre

The hotel was great. We had a double room with a sofa bed for my teenage daughter. It was very comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Getting into town was easy, one tram straight in. The only criticism I would have was that breakfast was €22.50 Each. We got stung as we flippantly said we will have breakfast at checkin but come the bill €90 extra was a bit of a surprise and to be honest it wasn't that good. You also don't eat €22.50 worth of food. However I would definitely stay again. Room only.

Holiday vacation in Amsterdam

The staff was friendly and very helpful, food was amazing in the hotel restaurant, accommodations were really nice, and public transportation to the city center was located conveniently nearby (short walk). Loved it there and will definitely visit again one day!!

Near train & bus station. Easy to find hotel where can see it when on train. Staff is very friendly and room is clean.

Faultless service and a lovely room.

Location: Location was handy for getting into central Amsterdam, although there wasn't a lot to do nearby.
The hotel was very easy to find, and just a 20 minute tram journey from the centre of Amsterdam. Our room was immaculate and the staff were all very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was outstanding, and although it seems to be more a corporate hotel than a leisure one, my family and I felt very welcome.

OK but not Amazing

The parking system is being replaced but meanwhile had to wait at the desk each time I needed an exit pass. There was always a line and a delay which was really annoying. I would check for updates before staying here again. Otherwise, the hotel is OK but in no way memorable.
