Nice hotel but a bit too quite .

Nice hotel but a bit too quite, need some kind of evening entertainment. The shuttle to the airport is only 10mins and another 10mins from the airport to the central not 45mins as stated . I will definitely come back.

Very nice place to stay

Pros: Service, food and drinks are very good. Hotel staff, very friendly. Room are super clean.
Great location, close to the airport. Hotel Bus goes back and forth to the airport every half hour. From there, you can take the train to the city.

Good but noisy

Pros: Staff and connectivity to airport
Cons: noise insulation is must; bathroom door
Hotel with good connectivity to Schiphol. Nice and helpful staff. Rooms are bit noisy; I could hear anybody walking past my room, doors locks of other rooms, etc. Bathroom had a fancy glass swing door with no latch; not to my liking.

Not what you'd expect! Very disappointing

Very dated, unclean, in need of investment. Tiny rooms without a bath. Should be €90 rather than €140. The rooms feel like a budget hotel rather than a Park Plaza. Room service is slow, housekeeping is below standard and 'guest relations' is a joke. I will never return or advise anyone does. Total RIP OFF. Do not book, there are plenty more.

Very clean hotel. Helpful staff

Happy i stayed here, the staff helped me get a taxi which was inexpensive. Room service was great too and the food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again the next time i come Amsterdam

Nice and quiet hotel near the airport

Staff was very friendly and breakfast excellent. The problem was the bad smell of the bathroom and the room was complícated to reach from lobby

Close to Airport, and free transport to and from!

Location: Close to airport
This is a great place to stay if you are needing to be close to the airport, free transfers included. However if you are wanting to go down town and explore Amsterdam, you will have a pricey cab ride, or you can take the tram (for about 7 euros, its about a 10 mins walk from the hotel) which takes about 30 mins to get you down town. Hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Location: McDondald's and Tram stop 15 minutes away.

Off-airport but close to trams into Amsterdam

Pros: Bar and restaurant are more than acceptable if your arrival makes it too late to venture into the city.
Cons: The rug in my room could have done with a clean.
Location: There is nothing to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The good news, though, is that there is regular tram access into the city from nearby.
I'd prefer to be in an on-airport hotel but CitizenM has bumped its prices up over the last 12-18 months, beyond a level which I'm typically prepared to pay. Park Plaza makes an acceptable alternative. It's 10 minutes from the airport by free, hotel-provided shuttle (be sure to call and book via reception); has a nice bar area and restaurant; and - best of all - it's a few minutes walk from transport into the city centre. (The trams run right into town, for a reasonable price, and allow you to stay until 11.30 pm, but while the walk back seems safe enough in the daylight it may be less reassuring to some in the dark; especially if alone. Ask at reception how to get to the tram stop.) The rooms are okay without being exceptional, but the one small rug in my room seemed a little grubby. Also, the largely bare floor can be noisy if, like me, the person in the room above decides to walk around in heeled shoes.
