Will definitely stay in this hotel again. Modern,clean and centrally located. Very clean, breakfast included. Within easy walking distance of canal tours, Anne Frank museum and many more sites. Would recommend this hotel to all our friends.

This hotel is very conveniently located, and is nicely appointed. I would stay there again. My only criticism is the price of breakfast, 20-26 Euros per person. You can get a complete breakfast at nearby cafés for 9 Euros pp.

Pros: Os quartos e café da manhã.

Location: Red Light District, Amsterdam
Chegamos ao Hotel com a expectativa de que o nível de serviço fosse o mesmo da bandeira Radisson Blue internacional e fomos surpreendidos com um check-in demorado, ausência de vaga na garagem e quartos fora da especificação de nossa reserva (não conectados e inicialmente em pisos diferentes-o que é um imenso problema para quem está viajando em família e com menores de idade). O maior absurdo foi ligarmos na recepção e a atendente confirmar que estava especificado na reserva a conexão de quartos mas que ela não podia atendê-la porque não haviam quartos disponíveis na mesma categoria reservada (só em categoria abaixo). Outro absurdo foi descobrirmos apenas na chegada que era necessário reservar com antecedencia vaga no estacionamento, pois as vagas eram alugadas para terceiros. Detalhe: não há essa informação no site do hotel. Fomos obrigados a estacionar nós mesmos longe do hotel e a voltar a pé mais de 10 quadras. Ridículo para um hotel que se diz 5 estrelas. O pessoal da recepção não dá nenhuma atenção ao cliente. NUNCA mais ficamos em um Radisson Blu de novo.

Pros: Good location. Rooms were good on size, nicely styled, though I have to admit not my cup of tea, still nice. Cleaning was good.
Cons: The double/king size bed was two mattresses with something put between to cover the gap, which we found highly uncomfort. Mattress was quite hard.
Location: Good central location - we were out most of the time.
Staff friendly, but the hotel is not worth the money paid. The room stank of cigarettes, the bed sheets and covers off food. the shower is unstable, sudden hot and cold water phases either burn you or make you jump (it certainly will wake you up...). There was an open bottle of water in the mini bar and if your on a late arrival, there are only a handful of options. And if your then someone that has allergies, you basically can't eat any of it as the staff doesn't even try to accommodate for that. We had a suit pressed, was returned the day we left just on our way out, it didn't come back pressed. Complained about it the next morning during checkout, where reception supervisor said we should have complained right away in a tone that was unacceptable, made it sound as if it were out fault. I personally think this is not a 5 star hotel as they basically failed in the most important areas during our stay. We had better accommodation and service in hotels with less stars and for less money. The Radisson Blu in Cologne is much better, they generally seem to fail in staff friendliness and allergy accommodation though.

Pros: Close to everything but in a quiet area
Cons: It stated that we would have city and canal views. Got a view of a roof!
Straight across the street from the Rusland, which is a very nice little coffee shop.

Very comfortable hotel with everything you'd expect. We found the location good as it was 15 min walk to museum area, and ten minute walk to Dam square and surrounds. The area was a little quieter than others. Beware of taxi fares in Amsterdam. Travelled by train to central station and then taxi to hotel. From google maps we realised he was taking a long route and after being questioned, the driver turned off the meter at €14. Took a pre booked hotel airport shuttle back to airport for €17 per person. Not bad value and much more convenient than taxi/train and cheaper than taxi on meter.

The hotel was okay. Not worth the price paid. This is the most expensive hotel I've stayed in during my time in Europe. There were additional amenities offered. The ice machine on my floor was not working. No free breakfast or the like. I paid for King room and only received a queen room. The hotel didn't care. The wifi was less than adequate. It was next door to a "coffee shop" so that made things better. I would not stay at this hotel again. The staff was just barely satisfactory.

We are 5 people stayed in the hotel for 2 days on 6Aug to 8 Aug 2016.The hotel near the central district. As water canal are everywhere, all of us like it very much. We were shopping and eating nearby happily. The frontdesk staff was helpful as we requested the extra bed justed on arrival.The arrangement was effective and finished in a few minutes.Meanwhile the staff was considerated for our best benefit as we requested for days breakfast for 5 people.She adviced for the upgrade service so as to enjoy the 2 days service in a cheaper price.Well done. The breakfast there were good too.Tks for the service.

Very nice hotel. Close to everything fun about Amsterdam. But, also on the canal.
