This was the perfect spot to explore the city. On a quiet street but near the centraal train station. Lots of food options within a moment’s walk. Highly recommend.
Excellent hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and modern, and the bathrooms were especially nice. The location is great, with easy access to explore Amsterdam, and the service was outstanding.
Very informed front desk staff, along with concierge who were not only helpful and giving advice on any question asked. Wonderful, friendly and brilliant at what they did. A joyful and happy stay. Very well done to all the staff.😀👍

Great location, decent room, helpful staff. Recommend.
Beautiful hotel with very nice upgrades.
Fantastic location, walkable & close to everything without being directly on a busy street. Would definitely stay here again.
Room was clean and had everything you could need. Well appointed too. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location too. I'd definitely stay here again
A lovely, recently refurbished hotel with an excellent breakfast. Our only frustrations were noise-related: the walls seemed quite thin, as we could clearly hear children jumping in the room above us, and the street noise was also fairly loud, suggesting limited or very thin double glazing. Aside from this, we couldn’t fault the hotel or the service.
Beautiful hotel in amazing location. Off the main busy street but still in the middle of the action & also only 5-10 minute walk to the central train station. The rooms are nicely remodeled with modern features and nice details like fog free mirror & dimming lighting.
The restaurants area was still under construction and was noticeable on the weekday mornings but still not enough to keep us from going back for another stay.
I love the location of the hotel…very centralized & walkable my only complaint would have been the half cleaning of the room…they didn’t take all of the trash out nor did they give us clean cups when cleaning the room. Other than that the stay was great I would definitely stay here again.
No nothing in the fridge or bar in the room. Completely empty! This hotel I have given a four star for its cleanliness and nice modern rooms and interior of the hotel. The staff were polite. The service and lack of extras was poor. No bathrobes in the room, the bath towels were small.
We went to celebrate another couples anniversary and when I asked reception if they did any complementary things they said yes. They asked when we would be going out and I told them, we came back and they had done nothing.
Eventually they put a typed note in the room saying congratulations on your five year wedding anniversary and if you want to know someone romantic to go see our concierge!!!!
We have been to hotels before who do complimentary things and others that don’t. We were not looking for free stuff / items, we were looking to make an occasion special and in fact the hotel made it the total opposite!!
I would have rather them said No they do not do anything rather then yes we do and put a scrap piece of paper on the bed. For a start the couple are not married which was a massive mistake for the hotel to presume they were.
This hotel is clean and modern but it gives the impression of being grandeur than it is because it lacks the special touches, even touches like the bed being made, a bigger bath towel, bath robe and the mini fridge filled with items. A lot of hotels like this price bracket also have coffee machines, you just get a cheap plastic kettle!
