Great Location, Great Staff & Great Hotel

Made us feel very welcome as soon as we got there, and gave us a very nice upgrade. The bar Staff 'Dennis' made us feel at home and with a few laughs too.

Fantastisch hotel!

Pros: De ligging, personeel erg vriendelijk, warme sfeer.
Cons: niets
Location: Nabij de Dam, midden in het centrum!
Fantastisch hotel, oase van rust midden in het centrum van Amsterdam. Kamers voorzien van alle gemakken, niet erg groot maar dat is normaal in het centrum. Er is een fijn zwembad met Sauna en Gym, tevens facials en massages te boeken. Ligging perfect, 5 minuten lopen naar de Dam en een half uur lopen naar het Museumplein. Heerlijk gegeten in het Sterren restaurant Bridges (Visrestaurant) en gezellig in de bar De Vliegende Hollander een drankje gedronken.

Lovely hotel, brilliant location!

The hotel was really lovely but the staff were really what made the hotel: very attentive; professional; helpful etc. The location of the hotel was also one of its key features.

This hotel is an oasis of excellence in bustling Amsterdam. The Bridges Restaurant, specialising in seafood, is Michelin starred and food, wine and service are world class. If there is a better hotel in Amsterdam, I don't know what it is. Breakfast is e pensive but outstanding. A lovely place to stay.

waanzinnig hotel

Pros: de service, het personeel perfect.
Cons: dat is een lastige
Location: geen mening, geen idee ! ik was hier voor zaken.
Waanzinnig hotel met meer dan geweldigen faciliteiten, vanaf parkeer hulp tot aan het restaurant top. getuigd van grote klasse !!

Sentralt og staselig hotell. Meget bra.

Hadde et flott opphold med hyggelig og imøtekommende personale, samt stilige rom og lokaler generelt. Rent og pent og gangavstand til det meste i Amsterdam.

Lovely central hotel

Would highly recommend this hotel great location. Staff were exceptional we stayed in a luxury room which was spacious. I had a massage by nursen who was brilliant. The staff go above and beyond. Spa is small but relaxing

Perfect location

Location: Close to museums, shopping, restaurants
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was exceptional. The dining is excellent in both the bistro and Bridges restaurant, however Bridges was very expensive. Next time, I would dine in the bistro only. There are other excellent restaurants in the area. It is a perfect location.

Very nice hotel,great location, friendly staff. The history of the hotel tour was a nice addition.
