Very central, beautiful hotel

Pros: Comfortable, quiet, helpful staff, and good breakfast choice
Cons: Leave some instructions in the rooms on how to operate the expresso machine - not everyone has one of these. A small kettle would be welcome too.
Location: Very central, everything in walking distance
A beautiful central hotel with a modern elegant feel in an old building with character. Excellent choice for a luxury short visit to Amsterdam.

Cons: Did not like the room décor.
Great location to many tourist sights. Hotel itself is a historical building.

Great 5 star hotel in city center

Spacious rooms and beautiful courtyard. I really enjoyed my stay. However, I really recommend requesting the do not disturb sign, as we got disturbed by the housekeeping couple times during our rest.

Cons: Everything is perfect
Location: Perfectly located with all important things to see very close by.
A beautiful hotel with a lot of history. It is situated in a perfect location. Worth every dollar you pay to stay at the hotel.

Nice location but needs some attention

While the bed was nice one side was so worn that you literally would roll off if you were not centered on the bed. Wifi is terrible. Nice small temporary bar. The beautiful part was that were tulips everywhere. Concierge was worthless when asking for assistance in shipping a package. Being "processed" would be a compliment.

コスパは決して良くない高級ホテル

市内観光中心部にあり、非常に便利なところにありますが、コストパフォーマンスは決して良くないです。予約当時最安値の部屋に約5万円支払ましたが、支払った額の価値の満足度は全くなく、部屋も狭く、ベッドも小さい。寝心地も悪い。チェックインにチェックアウトも大行列でスタッフの裁く速度はノロノロした様子。ヨーロッパらしく、肌の色による差別を感じるかのようなスタッフによる客への対応の差も感じました。朝食も2人で一万円近くしました。アムステルダムには他にももっと安くもっと良いホテルが沢山あるので、ここにはもう泊まらないです。ホテルの隣には怪しいコーヒーショップがあり、恐い人たちが路上にたくさんあふれていました。

Magnifique hôtel et belles prestations. Accueil chaleureux et personnel aimable. Prix de la chambre et du parking démesurés. A noter que le petit déjeuner et les taxes de séjour ne sont pas compris ds le prix attention aux mauvaises surprises au moment du paiement!

Teníamos reservada una Junior Suites y nos dieron un upgrade a una Suite, la verdad es que la habitación era extraordinaria en todos los sentidos y la atención equivalente.
