Nice hotel near airport but minor issues

Nice, well designed hotel near airport. But some minor issues - hair blower does't work, wakeuo call feature doesn't work , hot water control stuck a few times and difficult to control.

Amsterdam Airport Hotel -

Pros: Great Services, clean and spacious rooms.
Cons: N/A
Location: Airport location and a good sport bar in the hotel.
I travel to Amsterdam and stay at the Steingenber hotel. I had a Great Experience and the hotel staff was excellent! I will stay in this hotel again..

Too much noise from highway

Pros: Proximity to airport.
Cons: Windows that cut down the noise.
Location: Nothing remarkable.
The hotel is nice but it's too close to the highway, which creates a lot of noise, notwithstanding the double glazing.

Very modern hotel

Great hotel with a modern feel. Only 15 minutes from the airport via hotel shuttle. Watched a euro 2016 game in the sports bar with very nice burger and beer. Staff was very friendly

Room service not good

I ask for bottle of water and creamer which is complementary I was told 10 euro charges to send to room and I was charged 27 . 50 for Monday breakfast which I didn't use but ehen complain they deduct from my bill

Nice hotel, close to airport

Cons: Not charge expedia gold plus members fee for early check in
Since this hotel was part of expedia.com Gold/VIP hotel list I booked it inspite of several hotels near airport being available at similar price. The reason why I took it was for Expedia Gold+ VIP members hotels allow early check in. When I reached the hotel at 9:00 am they said I cannot check in early. The standard check in time is 2 PM. They said if I agreed to pay Euro 30 they would give me the room immediately. This means that room was available and they just wanted to make money buy charging early check in fee. I even told them I am expedia gold member and showed my card but they still took the money and then only gave me the room. Expedia should remove the early check in and late checkout option for GOLD members if hotels do such things.
