Lovely location on one of the canals.

Pros: Location, staff, interior and facilities.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
Location: Close to good restaurants, shops and museums.
Fantastic classic Amsterdam canal building in a courtyard. Great friendly staff that were always helpful. Nice size room with a lovely bed and a great bathroom. Hotel has a great mix antique and contemporary design in a period setting. Very good breakfast room. A good location to easily walk to all the museums and shops.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Staff is friendly and very helpful. One thing I did not like was the size of the hotel in general; very small hotel overall. On the other hand, the place is lovely, luxurious, and very well kept.

Beautiful boutique hotel on the canals

Great hotel. Friendly efficient staff who knew who we were, which is what you expect from a luxury boutique hotel. we ate in the Michelin starred Vinkeles restaurant which was an absolute treat. Well appointed rooms, cozy bar and great central location. Faultless !

Great boutique hotel

The Dylan is a very good place to stay with when in Amsterdam, providing understated luxury, very attentive service, a good central location and a relatively good price. We will come again.

Dylan was fantastic!!

We had a wonderful time in Amsterdam! My wife is currently expecting our first child and we needed some time to relax and to explore. The staff was accommodating and the property was welcoming! It was a great experience and we loved our time in Amsterdam as greatly enhanced by the Dylan!

The staff were quick to respond. Very helpful, with prompt service. Conceirge was able to give excellent recommendations for breakfast and dinner. Assist with reservation and ticket purchases to museums, taxis and more! Cookies and more, every night there was a surprise on your bed. Fresh water and glasses every night. Too many details to mention. You get all the extras for the extra price.
