Three people in a very small room with no air conditioning—miserable. Asked continually for it to be fixed but got lots of excuses. Gave us 2 fans. Asked for discount on bill but no. Self checking still requires assistance. Staff helpful and restaurant nice. Definitely a place for young people.

Good hotel, helpful staff but breakfast not worth the price. Location was great and the beds are very comfortable.

The hotel is very high tech and new but the location is not near the city center. We had to walk, catch a bus and a Ferry in order to reach the city center only. Also the hotel is in the middle of construction area which made the walking very hard. Our room was cleaned everyday but only our bed was made and the sink was not cleaned. The staff thought are so amazing and helpful.

If you are backpacking europe, then this spot is really solid. You can check in / check out via kiosk, its a 10 min walk from the centraal station (once you cross over from the free ferry)

The hotel was trying to exude a more premium feel but there were some poor basic design choices that let it down. There was no where to sit in the room at all. The bed folds up (like a hospital bed) to make more room in the room. I guess this is meant to provide something akin to a sofa to sit on. It was not comfortable on this way. No hooks for hanging towels near the shower. No facilities to make a hot drink - you are guided to buy hot water downstairs at €3. Lots of flashy light features but when you go to sleep the indicator lights for them make the room very bright. Air conditioning didn’t do anything. Room was stuffy and couldn’t ventilate. Location was odd - in the middle of an industrial estate. Be prepared to walk quite a way through construction works with no pavements to get to the hotel from the ferry from Amsterdam Centraal.
