Simple hotel, amazing staff

Posted Dec 6, 2017
Although this hotel was undergoing quite significant construction, the room itself was simple, clean and all you need for a short stay. The best part about the hotel were the friendly welcome we had. Whoever was working on the evening of 03/12/17 at about 5pm was just brilliant. The rest of the staff were also great. Close to the airport. Quite a walk away from the city but I don’t mind a bit of a walk. Uber’s were cheap enough to get into town though and there is good public transport. Overall a great stay.

Great staff, not informed the hotel was under main

Posted Dec 6, 2017
The hotel was under maintenance which I wasn't informed of, there was banging right next to my window from 6am onwards on 3 of the days, I didn't get much sleep because of this

Pros: The staff is very committed to customer service and will go out of their way for anything needed.
Cons: The crack in the middle of the bed made it very hard to sleep. I would recommend getting at least 2 Queen and 2 King size bed rooms. For variety.
Location: Tram 2 is very close and a main way to get many attractions.
Amsterdam is a wonderful place to visit many museums, diamond cutting that you can watch. The people there are very friendly.

Staff are so lovely. From the outside and aome parts in side the hotel looks like a construction site but the reception and rooms are decent and clean. I'd stay again just too much noise from the construction there doing but enjoyed it.

The hotel is a building site

Posted Nov 17, 2017
Pros: The breakfast room and breakfast only
Cons: When the building is completed it will be OK. Don't go there now
Location: The saving grace was was nearby 5 mins walk other hotel with excellent dining room and food. There are no other local facilities
The whole area around the hotel is under development and is like visiting a bomb site. At 3 am workmen were moving around noisily and having loud conversations in corridors. Impossible to sleep
