Everyone was so nice and helpful. The facilities were exactly as advertised. We had a great stay.
This was our first time staying in a hostel, better then our expectations, nice and helpful staff, close to the tram terminal, we had our laundry done with a business next close to next-door that had her drop off at fold service
The staff was very helpful would recommend to family and friends
Loved the under floor heating in bathroom. Lovely big comfortable beds. Fridge and safe in room. Tram just out side the door. Nothing negative to say.
Location convenient to restaurants, tram and museums.
Hotel was nice overall. Housekeeping staff were lovely and the location is great. The only downside was the bathroom which smelt of cigarette smoke constantly.
Great location. Quiet. Clean. Nonsmoking. The only thing we did not like was that the room was very small.
Close to transportation,shops.pubs,eateries.within walking distance to lots of places of interest
I liked the location and the 24hr reception the staff were very helpful.
