Hotel is very noisy, not sound proof. Breakfast is a joke, hardly anything to eat. Hallway has a damp, not so fresh smell and is not air-conditioned. Staff is nice and respond to requests. But property is dated and many of the local guests have no regards for others, yelling and being disturbingly loud at all hours of the day, especially during the early morning hours. No peace and quiet here, that’s for sure!

This is the prettiest hotel I have seen, beautifully decorated with comfortable bed and pillows & very quiet considering it was in front of the massive Gastropub. The staff were friendly and checked everything was ok during breakfast each morning. Breakfast was ok you could choose something from a list be cooked fresh and help yourself to the buffet. The only negative which is quite big for us is the pool, it does not have one but you can use the bar pool behind the hotel, you have to get a towel from reception then at the pool there is nowhere really to sit and relax and people come and look and watch especially being westerners. We were going to book a day pass at the Hilton nearby the next day for Vnd 750,000 which you can use as a credit for food/drinks/spa but it was raining that day, you can use the gym and the pool area which has privacy and relaxing sun beds.

The property is very confusing. Several hotels and rental apartments under the same address. No front desk for help. Several managers for all th rentals. Security Guards are a joke. Good for nothing. No help. Property is well located but very busy and noisy. Quality of bed and linens very poor. In my particular case I canceled the remaining nights and still waiting for refund. Couldn't sleep. Mattress to hard and dirty pillows. Managers tried to help but just the same but stuff.

The hotel is overall pretty good except the maintenance in the room and exterior furnitures. Some AC in the front desk and the public area will definitely enhance the quality of the hotel. The front desk clerks were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast staffs were exceptional as well. They were polite, enthusiastic and always ready to help. Will certainly be back to stay. Thanks !
