“Spacious and clean room, great breakfast, and the staff was superior in customer service”

“Overall this hotel is not what you would expect from a Fairmont Resort. Being in Montana you would expect a steakhouse restaurant to be able to cook a steak to order. Unfortunately, med rare comes as medium well to well done. Then when they try to fix it comes out blue rare to rare. When you are paying $300+ for dinner, I expect better quality and customer service support when things don’t go as they should. If you are wanting to use the simulators, they close them early, or say they aren’t……

“This is an off-grid cabin home. Very nice! High on the mountaintop about a 4-mile dirt road but pretty well maintained. It has some little quirks but the host was able to guide us through them. Beds were very comfortable. Cabin is nice and roomy and beautiful areas outside to walk your dog or take a morning or an evening walk. Has a really nice covered porch and several fire pits. We were so busy we didn't get a chance to use them but they are there for you to use. The only negative I have to……
