Two Children's rooms, both with twin over full bunk beds with trundles underneath. Beautifully upgraded bathrooms with tile and travertine floors, marble countertops, new fixtures, and custom-designed showers. The children's bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with marble tiles and a bathtub surrounding a large tub.

Wood laminate flooring throughout the home. Spacious kitchen with granite countertops, black and stainless steel appliances: oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Open-concept dining and living room. The dining table comfortably seats 8, with additional seating at the kitchen island. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The game room, located through one of the children's rooms, is in the garage. The game room offers ping pong, a pool table, and toys. Strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats are available for your infant and toddler. The full-size washer and dryer are located off the kitchen for guest use.
