I wanted to like this property more but the room location we had was RIGHT at the entrance, busy, loud, and we had to drive in circles to find a close parking spot to bring our stuff to and from the car. The staff didn’t seem to help much with checkout, tried quick to get off the phone when I tried asking where to return the keys, then hung up on me. The bar was nice!

Overall, if you’re looking for a hotel close to the Disneyland resort then this is hotel is just that. However, I was really disappointed that they do not offer continental breakfast. Other than that, it was a great stay for our family.

Our room was clean and nice, and the staff were very friendly! We did run into disappointing parking issues. Prior to booking a 1-night stay for a Disneyland trip, we had confirmed that we could pay to extend our parking past checkout so we could spend the day in the park. We were denied parking the next morning and had to make other arrangements at a nearby hotel. The staff member was apologetic, but I wish it had been more clear that parking accommodations are not guaranteed.

I like that the hotel was a 5 minute walk to Disneyland and that it had restaurants in all walking distance. The staff was so welcoming, and helpful.

If checkout is at noon, why would the cleaning people knock on the door and wake everyone up before 8am? And front desk dismissed us when I brought it up. The entire interaction with front desk staff during check-in and check-out was bad.

We’ve stayed here before, it’s very walkable to Disney and a lot of restaurants nearby. Rooms have a large mini fridge and microwave. They will not attend to your room unless you call in the AM and request service.

Despite its excellent location to the Disney parks, the photos listed are not an accurate representation of this property. The pool is a postage stamp in the middle of a parking lot, and not all the rooms are renovated so what you see in the pictures may not be what you get when you check in. The fan in our bathroom sounded like a jet engine taking off, I thought there was a washing machine next to us that was off balance. Though they offered to move us, it required us leaving the park in the middle of our day to check out and we couldn’t check back into a different room until much later in the day. We opted to just stay and deal with it and they did offer a SMALL discount for the first noisy night. Though it is impossible to control, our bathroom was covered in sugar ants, so we had to keep our toiletries in the dresser drawers. All in all, it was convenient for Disney land, but next time I would opt to spend more and have a more desirable, more updated place to stay.

Hotel stay was good. Great access to the park. Clean but small rooms. Room with a fridge was a plus. You hear a lot of exterior noise, especially the pressure washing next door at 11 pm. That was only one night though.

Felt like forever for our room to be ready(1h30min after checking time)... the room is alright if your just there for sleeping and most days at disney. Felt and looks like a motel but is priced like it was a high end hotel. The pool is not heated so it was really cold but the hot tub saved the day. Its small only 6 people can enter. Loved the korean corndogs and the stores next door. Parking was $50. room cleaning service never came and the towels are old and stained. Next time im paying alittle more for a nicer room and better towels

We have stayed here multiple times but this time will probably be our last. We booked a room in the new section. We were placed on 4th floor right next to an event storage space. 1st night rooftop bar right above us had a wedding booked. So we apparently were right under DJ booth. Loud music, stomping and then after math of moving stuff around in the room next door. Thought ok I get it.., a wedding no worries. Night 2 masquerade ball… lasted way into the morning hours although they said it would be done at midnight. No and even more noise. Asked staff and didn’t really seem too concerned… umm sorry was about it. Next night we thought maybe we could actually get into the rooftop bar but no it was closed 😂So we dud get sleep that evening but just kinda ridiculous. Hallway outside our room smells like vinegar and feet.. security lock didn’t work. I have always had a good experience here… I have stayed here probably 6 times but unfortunately this will be my last. Disappointed ☹️

The location is perfect for walking to Disneyland with small children. The room was small. There was only room to open one suitcase at a time without setting them on the bed. The bathroom door is a pocket door. It was hard to open and close because there was no real handle to grab.

I loved that it was a short walk to Disneyland. They brought new towels everyday even though they didn’t do a full room clean. If you called they would do the full room clean. The rooms and bathrooms are smaller. If you have a stroller it doesn’t leave much room to move with luggage. Parking was limited but I was able to find parking.

Stayed for 4 nights with my family. First day we walked in and walked around the room and within minutes our white socks turned black and the room was smelly like sewage. We also got double charged for our stay at check-in but the computer was having issues so that’s understandable. The lady at the front desk needs a course on customer service. We tried asking for help but she was lost and had no idea what to do and told us to come back the next day when the manager arrives. We went back the next day and met with the manager and he helped us with the refund but said he couldn’t do anything about the room except clean the carpet. We agreed and left the room for the day so they could do the carpet cleaning. When we got back we realized that the carpet was not cleaned and still dirty. We visit Disney yearly and have stayed in most of the hotels around the area and this one by far was the worst experience. We read lots of reviews about this hotel before booking and it was great but that definitely was not the case when we showed up. Maybe it was just a one off but it definitely ruined our trip. I would highly recommend this location to anyone with children that is visiting Disneyland. It is about a 5 min walk and very easy to find. There are also many food options nearby, as well as CVS and Walgreens down the street. The rooms are nice and the staff is helpful. Highly recommend.
