There is shade at the beach (large trees), for those with fair skin and protected areas for small children.

Large bedrooms with beautiful, rare, hardwood floors and imported handmade rugs and hand-carved teak accent furniture make this 'fruit and flower picking' an experience to talk about for a lifetime. Amazing!
We stayed here along with two other couples, what a fantastic and beautiful piece of property! We found the rooms to be very comfortable, easy to work in kitchen and overall a great place to stay. The grounds are well kept and the fruit trees are amazing! We enjoyed fresh squeezed juice daily. We also enjoyed having the beach so close by. Tiffany was quick to respond to a minor problem and it was taken care of in no time. We would definitely recommend this property and would book again! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Family get away
This was a very comfortable home for my family to stay in while we visited Kauai. We loved the lizards, fruit trees and the beach! The lanai was a wonderful place to hang out on the hammock but we did not use the exterior light/fan unit as it seem a bit worse for wear. We also never figured out how to get the flat screen working. We would have appreciated high /low temperature settings indicated on the stovetop dials and showers as this took us some trial and error to figure out.

Amazing Piece of Paradise
If you enjoy, privacy and want to live a truest amazing island experience during your stay in Kauai, this place is for you! If you are not used to humidity and critters then I’d suggest a resort. The home is very well equipped with everything you need for fun on the beach, cooking, laundry and cooking meals. The bedding was fantastic, the home was clean and it was very to feel at home. We did experience a power outrage for a few hours which left us without fans or water since the home uses an electric pump to supply water but it wasn’t a huge issue - these things are beyond the property owner’s control. We also had some issues with the cable TV box but fortunately those were corrected when the power went out and the box reset. Finally I did kill a couple of large roaches/water bugs but again, this is a tropical island and totally expected. Their was a wild boar that seemed to live on or near the property which was an amazing sight to see in the early mornings when we had coffee out on the deck. The walk to the beach is short and very lovely...we’ve stayed in the neighborhood 3 times now and this by far was my favorite stay. I’m afraid to recommend too highly for fear that I won’t be able to book I this place again in the future if it gets too popular (wink, wink). Overall an excellent place to relax!

Awesome Place!!!!
The house is beautiful and the grounds spectacular. The beach is pretty although we did not really use it much as each day was packed full of other things to do. Tiffany was very responsive for the few questions we had. In August it is hot but there were plenty of fans to keep air moving and it cooled down pretty fast at night. Although The loft was always pretty warm and probably not a great option at this time of year. We really liked the location as it was midway between the north and south shores which is where we seemed to be going most often. We would definitely stay here again.

4/5 Good

Moloa'a Bay Plantation House
The location and grounds for the property were outstanding. There were maintenance issues that were problematic, especially with the heat. Multiple fans were not working properly and multiple light fixtures were also not working. I loved the area; not sure about the house in the summer.
