We had a dirty room with lacking in amenities

Pros: convenience
Location: Not much except convenience to the airport where we finally had to go to get dinner.
When we checked in the room smelled of urine and previous smoking. the floors were a bit dirty and the beds had noisy box springs

Pros: The staff was very friendly and efficient and the room was clean just very well used.

Staff was amazing. Hotel was clean but in much need of upgrading....eg...carpets in pretty tattered shape, furniture looked like something donated.

Nice Hotel close to the airport.

Pros: Comfortable beds and there continental breakfast.
Location: Food places to eat were located next to the hotel and across the street. Very convenient.
The room was clean and had comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and we appreciated the 24 hour Shuttle from the airport to the Hotel. We would reccommend and stay there again.

1 nite stay

Slow check in. Only 1 person behind desk. One phone for 10 min then took in house call. Understandable. Room clean, fan in bathroom extremely noisy. No soap or shampoo in room. One of the large bath towels was a floor mat . More detail by cleaning staff. Matress had seen better days with spring bothering wife.

Expedia lied

Pros: Nothing
When I called to make this reservation and spoke with Expedia, I was told my husband would receive a free shuttle ride from the hotel to Merrill Field in Alaska and that wasn't true. My husband had to pay for a taxi ride to the airport. That is the only reason we stayed at this hotel. This hotel was a flee bag.

A bit run down for price

The hotel is run down looking. Bed was best feature as mattress good. Shower clean. Rest of room left much to be desired. Not much for breakfast. Keys stopped working before we left. I'd spend a few more bucks and go elsewhere if I had to do it again.

We arrived at the Inn at 230 am and were checked in quickly. The staff was nice, but didn't offer any information about breakfast or checkout time, or the facility. They pretty much just handed us the key and sent us on our way. The room was disorganized, overly furnished and a bit confusing. There were no accessible plug ins for our phones and the curtain was literally falling down. There was a coffee maker (but no coffee) and no information about the area or the Inn, in the room. Not a lot of pride of ownership in this place, but it was a bed and a shower and we were out of there by 11 am. We wouldn't stay there again.

Too expensive, very poor condition

Pros: Location (close to airport), front desk person was kind and helpful.
Cons: Upgrade the rooms, clean more thoroughly, and replace carpeting.
Location: It is close to the airport.
Carpeting in our room was filthy, needed to be replaced. This hotel is way too expensive for the value you get. The carpeting was the dirtiest carpeting I've ever seen in a hotel room.

Good cheap hotel

Nice hotel close to the airport. The breakfast is a lie, we got there at 9am and there was nothing left. Thankfully there is a McDonalds closeby.

A very heavy pot smelling hotel. Would not recommend this place. Gross.
