Liked the restaurant and bar. Check in was easy. Staff friendly. Towels were better then most hotels of same price range. Cleanliness not bad, I did see some dust in the room.

Average near airport hotel. The food was surprisingly good, fresh salad and a better than average breakfast. The bartender was challenged to keep up or serve customers in order which had me waiting 30 minutes for a drink. If you're looking for something to do outside, this isn't the place for you.

I’m conflicted. The overall property is close to the airport and very well maintained. However… their cancellation policy is insane. We gave them back a suite for several nights when very busy because we needed to be to work at a local hospital sooner than expected. They refused to give any refund and gladly double booked the room. I will never ever ever stay with them again because of this. Also they don’t have an elevator so be prepared to lug your luggage up a flight of stairs.

Workout equipment in poor shape. Cable machine has frayed cable only have of it would work. Eliptical was falling apart.

The airport shuttle was very convenient. The onsite dining room has basic options but delicious and opens early in the morning so good for early tours.

The room was clean. Even with the heat on it was chilly of course it’s winter! The bed cover provided was thin. Also the alarm went off at 6 am but we didn’t set it as we wanted to sleep in a bit. People going down the hall were banging on the walls and inconsiderate of others. We parked our vehicle on the side of the building for easy access, however when coming or going out we were greeted by people smoking next to the door yuk. Customer service was good.

They are in need for a lot of repairs when I stayed there for the hallways and room because some room were close off because of hole in the floor and when u walk passed them the floor in the hallway was weak also

My experience was great, but when I asked for my receipt, the person couldn’t give it to me because my shuttle arrived to take me to the airport. She did informed me that it will be sent to me. To this day I have not received it and I need it so my travel will be reimbursed.
