We usually stay here when traveling to Anchorage. Price is right, staff is professional and friendly, rooms are clean and it's convenient to the airport.

The airport shuttle was very convenient. The onsite dining room has basic options but delicious and opens early in the morning so good for early tours.

The room was clean. Even with the heat on it was chilly of course it’s winter! The bed cover provided was thin. Also the alarm went off at 6 am but we didn’t set it as we wanted to sleep in a bit. People going down the hall were banging on the walls and inconsiderate of others. We parked our vehicle on the side of the building for easy access, however when coming or going out we were greeted by people smoking next to the door yuk. Customer service was good.

They are in need for a lot of repairs when I stayed there for the hallways and room because some room were close off because of hole in the floor and when u walk passed them the floor in the hallway was weak also

My experience was great, but when I asked for my receipt, the person couldn’t give it to me because my shuttle arrived to take me to the airport. She did informed me that it will be sent to me. To this day I have not received it and I need it so my travel will be reimbursed.
