GREAT hotel! We loved it! GREAT location.

Posted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: Everything. I would highly recommend it to anyone. GREAT value for the money. The restaurant is nice also. The wait staff are wonderful.
Location: The museum is close by, as well as great antique shops and other excellent shops and restaurants.
This was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our 2 week trip to Alaska! We absolutely loved it! We enjoyed a hot, cooked to order breakfast, free drinks (2 per adult) an indoor pool for the kids and a lovely room.

Nice hotel close to airport

Posted Aug 23, 2015
Room was comfortable. Asked if there were any restaurants close by since we didn't have a car and were told one in hotel - just didn't have that diverse a menu to choose a plain sandwich instead of a meal. When we did have access to car there were a bunch of fast food places in area including a Qdoba which was actually almost right next door (within walking distance). Hotel workers should have better communication skills and knowledge of what's available in neighborhood.

Very expensive price for one room about 489.00 a night. Even with prepaid package.

Appreciated the bedroom separate from the living area. Great breakfast included with room fee, plus 2 drink per person happy hour with room fee.

Comfortable hotel with silly policy about taking

Posted Aug 13, 2015
Everything was great except the silly policy about having to have a hotel "escort" carry a glass of wine to your room. What is with that??

Excellent place to stay

Posted Aug 13, 2015
Pros: Everything. Really good facilities. The most favorite part was the breakfast.
Cons: Really can't think of anything.
Location: In midtown. Everything was pretty close.
Nice room. Good facilities. Professional staff. The exercise room was well stocked. Nice pool. Fabulous breakfast. Really solid breakfast. A bit pricey, but I think that it will be worth it. My kid left her favorite doll behind, but the staff thoughtfully picked it up and kept it safe. The hotel offered complementary drinks in the evening as well.

Great hotel in Anchorage

Breakfast is great. Room is clean and big. Fitness room has exercise machines that I like. The hotel is right across from a mall. Highly recommend it.

Disappointed

Posted Aug 6, 2015
Pros: Great breakfast in the morning with a cook who made omelets, eggs, and pancakes to order. Great shuttle service that was always available.
Cons: Better trained staff. A concierge desk. A bell desk.
This was our first time in an Embassy Suites and we were a little disappointed. The hotel itself was pretty nice and had some good things, but the staff and service were horrible. There was no concierge or bell desk. The front reception staff were required to do everything and they were young and terribly trained. They knew nothing about the local area and barely knew how to do their jobs. The good things that I mentioned earlier include a great breakfast and a very helpful shuttle service to town and the airport.

We loved how accommodating the entire staff was!

We rented a suite for the night to host a bridal & Bachelorette party. The entire staff was very accommodating and courteous the entire time! I definitely recommend this hotel any day!

Specious suites with living room and bed room.

Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: Specious suites
Cons: Price per room cna be reduced if possible. The rooms are too big and living room not used at all.
Location: 10 mins to downtown and 15 mins to Airport
We stayed at this hotel which is about 10 mins to downtown, 15 mins to Airport and very clean and specious, but expensive. We paid $329 + tax per room. Free parking and breakfast included.
