No beach

Cons: Room service had to go and ask for linens and tissues .we were there for four days .no daily room service .not enough facilities for that length of st

Okay we're locked out due to the fact someone listed our check out date wrong. Too expensive for the services we had.

Pros: For the price, it was terrible.
Cons: Cleaner rooms without the smoke smell. Lower price.
Location: Shady part of town
Yellow stain mattress on folding bed. Non-smoking rooms next to smoking rooms. Breakfast was disappinting.

This felt more like a prison then a hotel. When I checked in the front desk person asked me the reason for my stay? Ummm none of your business, then she asked how many people are going to be in my room? Just me, but I might have a friend come through and visit. Well my friend must check in also..are you serious? Is this a hotel or a halfway house? So I went to my room and the door was still propped opened, the housekeeper hasn't cleaned it yet. Bed was unmade, pizza boxes in the room. I was furious! The front desk lady text the housekeeper to clean the room, she said it'll be ready in 15 minutes, ok no problem. 15 minutes past, I went up to my room and the housekeeper still haven't gotten to it yet. WOW!! I stormed to the front desk and told them this was unacceptable. She finally gave me another room and was going to give me a free stay next time...there will be no next time. But that was nice of her. I'm a non smoker and I had the windows opened and the staff literally takes their smoke break outside in front of the building. Smoke comes directly into the room. Homeless people hangout in the front of the establishment. Not enough channels, and no HD channels as well. The internet is really slow, but they have an option for you to purchase a faster package (wink wink).Toilet seat had a gross stain on it, I wanted to puke. This is what $160 get you? I learned a valuable lesson, stay at an established hotel chain with a good reputation.

close to highways to get on road

Room was Ok but kitchen & laundry facility was nice to have. Front desk was a disaster with a Chinese lady who works really slow and rude to everybody. closer to fast food and couple of grocery places.

It's OK for pets

I used to stay at this hotel more often but I try not to now if I can avoid it. Its gone downhill. After their remodel it was really nice, but it hasn't been maintained very well. The room doesn't feel clean. I've found trash under the bed more then once. Also, the clientele seems to be a bit on the sketchy side. If you have a pet and don't want to pay an arm and a leg for a nice pet-friendly hotel, this one will do for a night or two. It's next to Moose's Tooth so that's a plus! :)

Stayed here in the past and so booked again. The facility has been remodeled and you can tell. However, the room was not that clean especially the kitchen and frig. No cups or glasses and for water and no coffee pot. We were on the second floor and it was a long trek to the coffee pot in the lobby. "Breakfast" was minimal. Blanket on the bed was very thin but bed was pretty comfortable. Clientele was on the seedy side. Staff was friendly and accommodating and made an effort to go above and beyond.

Love it , I have a new favorite place !

I suffer from PTSD and don't like to travel but have to a lot . I travel with a service dog who is a pitbull and they have always been great . Check in is fast and friendly the room are large and clean ! I've found the safe clean and reliable priced place for me !!!

Very basic efficiency hotel

Hotel tried to put us in a smoking room despite reserving a non smoking room. Didn't really matter as the hallways, elevator, and common areas reeked of smoke. Hotel is creaky and loud. Climate control was digital, either boil or freeze. Since it is an extended stay hotel, you only get house keeping once per week, but you may or may not actually get it. Hotel wifi is erratic. Even at a discounted rate, it was not a good experience.
