Sincere apologies for the disruption of the unexpected emergency in the building. I am sure it cause alot of confusion and inconvenience while staff were trying to find the problem and create a solution at the same time. We have since worked tediously to restore the areas affected by the pipe burst and flooding. Good morning, Ms. Shy. It seems your review was written after you encountered issues between the associates/friends you invited to the property and our front desk associate. We try to create an environment that is enjoyable for our guests, and a safe work environment for our staff. I hope in the future, you can appreciate all of our efforts in regards to these matters.
