there was no shuttle service available when i arrived - i had to find a taxi (a PARTICULAR taxi).
the hotel internet was not functioning - after repeated inquiries, i was told "it is your device. here, I'll give you our IT number and you can call and work it out with them." (??!!)
the $20 food credit was unavailable - they never did find the vouchers but did arrange with the coffee bar for the credit; Unfortunately, we had to use the entire $20 at the same time! no carry over to the next days! therefore, the money was wasted (saved by the hotel!)
we asked for additional coffee /filters and never did receive them - had to make extra trips to the front desk.

Hello, unfortunately in the off season, we do not always have a shuttle driver on staff. However, we do have an account with a taxi company that allows you to be transported to the hotel for free. As for the food voucher, we apologize that the front desk was having some issues with the vouchers. However, the voucher clearly states that the voucher is for a one time use and can not be split up. So this would have happened no matter what. For the internet, I have not had any other complaints recently that there have been any issues, but it is policy to have the guest call out IT support line, as per the IT company's request. We apologize you were unhappy with your stay overall but hope you enjoyed your time in Anchorage.
