Stay here if you like bedbugs.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Bedbugs Everything is old Beds are terrible Staff is terrible Full time residents
Location: It's near the airport. That's about it
Unfortunately I stayed at this hotel. Booked it for 3 nights, stayed one. Looks like an ok place on expedia. Bedbugs bit my legs all night, even brought an example bug to the front desk in the morning. The brainless girl at the desk asked me if I brought the bedbugs... No refund or anything was offered. If the bugs aren't bad enough, the rooms are old and dirty. Same with the bathrooms. They also charged me twice for my stay, and still haven't refunded it correctly. Another amenity is that it appears there are people living here full time as well. They hang around everywhere and seem like wonderful people(not really). This is possibly the worst hotel I have stayed at in my 37 years of life...

Our Staff is well trained and does a great job. We ask questions like that to attempt to determine where they may have come from. They don't manifest themselves they are brought in from travelers. We take many precautions to ensure that our Hotel does not get them.

What ever you do put lids on your coffee so you don't get yelled at cause they got new carpet, :/

BED BUGS!

What a dive! Broken window jam. No wash cloths. No housekeeping. Black trash bags in lieu of an ice bucket. Bed on roller wheels with headboard screwed to the wall but not the frame, so you can't lean against the headboard. Broken thermostat. Dirty, worn out furniture. Moldy shower curtain. Dirty bathroom vent. Just awful! When I finally found a bed bug in the sheets, we left immediately. The boy at the front desk said that the manager would contact me... that was three days ago!

Guest rooms and beds are inspected each time a guest checks out. You left what you thought was a bug on a sheet of paper in the room. Clearly was a crumb of some kind of food that was eaten in the bed....Guest rooms are well maintained.

Pros: Close to airport Inexpensive Shuttle to airport
Cons: The shuttle was slow getting to us at the airport, and getting us back to the airport. We were the only travelers. Continental breakfast was bare-bone
Large room, simple but clean, comfortable, quiet. Airport shuttle, but slow both coming and going. Marginal continental breakfast.

close to airport

Outside and exit door areas very run down. Our room, although clean, smelled of a weird chemical . No blanket on bed . Hotel staff nice and having a freezer available for our fish a plus!

To close to airport, and to roadway.

Pros: The staff
Cons: beds,
Location: it was right next to a floatplane lake with a walking trail, and we did enjoy looking at those, but just not the noise from them.
While the staff was extremely nice, I did not research enough and found out to late that not only was the motel right next to an airport, but was also right next to a busy roadway. The beds were not very comfortable, so we did not sleep very well. On the upside the staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Our shuttle bus driver to the airport the next morning was extremely kind. The room was clean, just outdated.

Worst stay ever!

Awful place- threadbare sheets, old mattress (King) , no mattress pad or pillow covers, furniture was stained and old/broken. no toilet paper holder in bathroom, heater register was rusty and filthy. Very uncomfortable and old beds. Dirty floor- and to top it all off- killed several earwigs in the bathroom. Also- the towels they brought us were not completely dry- damp!! Broken windows; with dirty screens. Will never come back.

I always wonder why / when not satisfied with our accommodations do you choose to stay at the Hotel. Our sheets are new, will inspect the guest room and complete any repairs.
