Pleasant and practical place to stay. Our stay was during Christmas holiday, so lots of families on staycation. The pool and hot tub handled that well, and management promptly addressed the jumping/running noise overhead in the wee hours.

The Hotel is Clean, Wonderful Amenities. The only problem we had is the TV was out in our 2 bedroom suite. We complained and waited 2 hours for the maintenance man the 1st day we got there. No Show. They said the next day they were gonna fix that while we were out. We returned still no TV the 3rd day when we checked out. Still no TV and they didn't even offer a credit of Any Form. And I was traveling with my grandkids. Pretty sad, no TV for kids.

When I arrived the room was filthy. Pubic hair in shower pee on toilet seat dog Pooh on floor. Black hair in between sheets blood drop in sink and on towel. I was promised room would be cleaned. Day 3 still not cleaned! Terrible, worst stay ever and it cost 300$ a night ! I will never stay here again. Disgusting !! I could have stayed at a flop house and had a cleaner room !

Wonderful stay so so house keeping
The extra towels in one room was wringing wet rolled up and placed to the back of the shelves on to of the ones in back. Now at first I thought the sink has a leak to that area until I pulled out the remaining towels and they were damp on the side the wet towels touched. My son has a mold allergy so we are sensitive to that odor.

Not liking for any frills but a good night’s slee near the airport. For almost $500 a night I expect a clean hotel. This place had stained carpet and walls, hairs in the shower, floors had not been mopped and dishes were dirty. Window screens torn and overall property seemed dirty and not well kept up. Overall funky smell in room and hallways.

A Nice Place to Stay, but Breakfast Needs Help
This is a nice place to stay, but extremely overpriced for what you get. The room was quiet and comfortable, which is really most important. The hotel location is conveniently close to restaurants and shopping. There was no iron in my room, and it took some effort to get one. Make sure you check the night before, as getting on in the morning is problematic! The staff were nice but seemed stressed and short-handed. The breakfast was unimpressive, as you got a choice of eggs, small hockey pucks of sausage, or a sandwich made of the same plus some cereal. There seems to be a group of homeless people living around the property as well; maybe just a sign of the times.

Good, but breakfast could be improved
Everything was excellent - except for the breakfast. It was ok, but for the cost, I would have expected greater choice. Maybe some bacon ??? Plus, why on earth do hard boiled eggs need to be pre-peeled then packaged in plastic? Who knows how long it had been since cooked - should be fresh.
