Pros: Friend
Great location, right in the middle of town close to all the shops and restaurants. Very clean inside and out. Room and bed were very comfortable. Will definitely return.

Nice hotel.

Very nice people at the front desk. They allowed us to leave our bags for storage because our flight does not leave until midnight. Really appreciate that.

Totally overpriced

This hotel was very over priced given the condition of the room and the lack of helpful staff. The shower drained slowly so I stood up to my ankles in water. The shower curtain was stained, the bathroom walls had stains. The front desk staff, although cheerful were not very helpful when asked about local information. I could have stayed somewhere else for a lot less and probably had a nicer room. The TV didn't work well either. Not my best hotel experience for over $300. I would not recommend it.

Near Anchorage Art Museum

Pros: Proximity to temporary work location.
Cons: Train staff in Customer Service!
Very disappointing-each request made to front desk required multiple follow-up requests before any issue was resolved. Will not stay here again.

Nice Hotel Downtown

Pros: Comfy bed and bedding, great view from gym.
Cons: Slow elevators, customer service at all points of service.
Location: Close to lots of restaurants.Close to 5th Ave mall. Recommend "The Glacier Brew House," "Orso," "The Whales Tale" and "Snow City Cafe."
Room was plush and clean. The condition of the hotel was up to date and pleasing to look at.

Very nice stay

Our room was very clean and The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be the reservation was made for two but there was only 1 chair in the room and there was room for second chair. That's why I'm only giving 3 stars on the room. There is a restaurant with an excellent breakfast not like the typical continental.

Understaffed.

Check in took 3 hours. Wait for elevator up to 20 mins. Given dirty room.

Disappointing for Sheraton

Worse than other Sheraton. The building looks old and worn out. Poor lighting. Breakfast was bad because the bread and fruits were not fresh and selection very limited. Not worth the money paid.

Nice hotel option downtown Anchorage

Pros: Nice room, comfortable.
Cons: Update elevators.
Location: Close to downtown shops and restaurants.
Staff were friendly, clean hotel, very comfortable bed!
