This home puts you only a few moments away from the incredible skiing of the Alyeska Resort, which also offers hiking in the summertime and fine dining year-round. This area features exceptional hiking along the Crow Pass, Iditarod, and Winner Creek Trails, leading into the Chugach National Forest and breathtaking glaciers. The mountains are calling, so make your way to this dream escape today! THINGS TO KNOW \-There is zero tolerance for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of 6 people could result in eviction from the premises with no refunds. \-Streaming is available with guests' accounts. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: Ring camera at the front door that points away from the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
