“I feel sorry that i mixed wrong comments with other hotels. This hotel provide elevator n good service while i stayed in Andenes. I would like to recommend other friends to book this hotel.”

“Upon arrival, I discovered that the fire alarm in the room was over nineteen months past its expiration date. When I raised this concern with hotel staff, Chris was very rude and sarcastic and said that the alarm was still “working” because it had a blinking light — despite it clearly being expired and potentially non-functional in a real emergency. This was extremely concerning, especially considering Norwegian fire safety regulations require hotels to maintain fully functional and up-to-date……
