The AC unit was LOUD !!! I spoke to the manager. That’s the only negative thing about staying there. The hostess at the breakfast was outstanding!!!! What a nice lady!!!

My room only had 1 bath towel in the bathroo for 2 guests. I called to ask for more towels but the phones in the room did not work at all. I called on my cell phone for towels and was instructed to go down stairs and grab at frint desk.

I had water drip on my head by the elevator as soon as I got there. Not a huge deal but when I book a room I pay more because I like the to stay at a upper level hotel so I don’t really expect to have that happen when I could have booked a room across the stress for half the price. I really like Hilton hotel, I’ve been a rewards member for years and have never had a problem but this bed was horrible. Worst hotel bed I’ve ever stayed in. You must have a lot of complaints about this, I’ve been to Iraq and slept in a shipping container so I’m not a really fussy person so for the bed to be bad enough for me to repair to this request It was bad

Beds were comfy. Spacious and clean. Will stay again! Bit of road noise on the highway side of the hotel but didn't bother us too much.

I would not waste your money on this facility. The lobby looks nice but as soon as you talk to the employees you’ll notice it’s not so nice. The employee who assisted me with signing did not go over anything, they assume if signs are up people will read them. All the employee did was explain how to get to my room, did not go over breakfast timing, when pool opened closed, and when checkout was. As soon as I went to my room it smelled like mildew, the sheets smelt unclean. We requested a king bed, we were given a double bed, we also only received 1 towel for two people and two nights, the shower head was disgusting and did not how good water, the pin on the tub spout did not pull up all the way and still left water in the tub, the shower head did not have good pressure, and the floor is too slippery. When I went to ask for more towels both employees were on their phone, one asked if I received any more towels after housekeeping went around, they did not go around and I explained I only had 1 towel for 2 people. The employee advised she had to ask…ASK for permission to get more towels. When we put stuff in the mini fridge it was not cool and did not keep anything cool after changing settings. When going to checkout this couple was standing waiting for assistance, the employee was on the phone ignoring them.

I had called to add a second room to our reservation, which they did over the phone. However, it was never put into the system and there was no record of it. Therefore, we ended up having to get two rooms at the last minute since there were no room with queen beds left. Also, we were very disappointed that the bar and restaurant were not open and breakfast was quite expensive.
