Not so great

Construction of some sort going on, my room smelled like a machine shop the entire time of my stay. I was woken up by someone falling up against my door at 6am along with the custodial staff hitting my door over and over again early in the morning. On top of that, I went to brush my teeth in the morning and the water came out brown continuously. I took a picture and showed the girl at the front desk, she offered nothing and said she would let someone know. This was not something I expected from a Hilton

We checked in and were greeted warmly by a friendly clerk. She attempted to put us in a handicap accessible room, though it was obvious that wasn't necessary. She made that change for us as requested. We changed clothes then went to meet friends for dinner and when we returned to the room we discovered that the AC either wasn't working or was being controlled at a separate thermostat outside the room. It was late at night and we were exhausted from the long trip in and late night. We decided not to make it a hassle, but regretted that as the night went on . Very hot and uncomfortable. The TV had poor reception and most channels lost connection within 5 seconds. This was a terrible experience and I couldn't wait to get out of there. I typically don't fill out these surveys when it becomes a negative experience, but would not wish this stay on anyone else.

outdated mess.

the room smelled.the wall paper in the halls were torn off.if they are going to work on the halls they should have put us on a floor that was not being worked on. the hotel was not full to capacity.the drinks in the vending machines were outdated back to 2014.we bought 3 drinks and all of them were outdated.
