To me customer service is just as important as the quality of the hotel. Unfortunately this hotel has fallen very short in customer service. I was in Andorra for a ski holiday with my family and there was a mistake with my reservation, apparently the mistake was mine. The hotel receptionist began to scold me like I was a child, I had to ask to be allowed to speak and explain the situation from my side. This hotel is clean and but don't expect a pleasant reception.
