Las habitaciones son bien pequeñas. El bańo estaba limpio. No tienen aire acondicionado en invierno. La localización es muy buena, cerca de las tiendas. No tiene estacionamiento.

Good value but a little annoying.
Was hot in the room, not great AC. The location was amazing. First issue was window were not sealed well or wouldnt close correctly. Theres construction next to it, so soon asnitnstarts you can't sleep because the windows block no sound. The curtains were also impossible to open to get a view I payed extra for. Finally the wifi was really slow. It was a very cheap location right in the middle of all the action. The next night I payed 20 more for a way better hotel elsewhere, that was still very close.

Good hotel option if you want to do some shopping
This hotel is very well situated if you plan to do some shopping in Andorra as you can park your car on some public parkings next to the hotel and walk to the city... Breakfast is ok but not so many choice. Room is very tiny, I would not stay there for an entire week...

The hotel is well located in the center of the city, however we made reservations for another hotel and they change the reservation, the WiFi wasn’t working, and the service was ok, but not great.

Very friendly and helpful staff, central (directly beside the main shopping street and nearest bus stop is a 2 minute walk) with this though, it can be slightly noisy depending on which side of the hotel your room is on. This would be the case with any very central hotels though. Breakfast was nice with food suitable for everyone. Didn't get to try the restaurant in the hotel, however it seemed quite busy every evening so I would assume that is a good sign. The hotel also has a place to leave bags or skis if required. Only other downside is the size of the rooms, they aren't very big but I believe they were worth the trade for being so central. There was a 32" flatscreen TV which you could plug a USB into if you had one for watching films etc., as the only TV channel in English was the news.

Tiny hotel room in tiny country
Extremely small room, that and the fact that the only window opens to a kind of shaft, gave me claustrohoby. You have less than 2 ft around the 3 sides of the bed to walk in the room. The staff was extrmely nice, bed was comfy and the room was very clean.

Noisy, terrible customer service and no wifi
The location is central, very close to the shopping streets, but this is the only advantage you will have when booking a room here. We received a room overviewing the street, which had also an issue with the window and it was extremely noisy - like sleeping in the street. We informed the receptionist who came into our room and said that it seemed quiet to him and this is the situation when your room is facing a busy street. Didn’t you hear of soundproofing? When we showed him the problem with the window, he said he can give us another room...in another hotel. They will fool you that they have free wi if. Oh well...it’s not working. Our room was on the 1st floor and the signal was so bad we couldn’t use it. A shame for a 4* hotel.

All of the staff that I came across during my stay were extremely nice! They changed my room to an exterior because of availability amd I didn’t even have to ask! The room was fine although there were two beds that were of extremely different comfort levels. One very soft and hold the other was fine. I was on my own so it wasn’t a problem. Location is good if you’re looking to do some shopping. About a 10 minute walk to the centro histórico

Very close to town centre, public car park across the road all be over 14 per 24 hours. To save parking charge, park the car on the street for free from 19:00 till 09:00 next morning. Modern but room is on the small side.

If you are actually able to get to Andorra, this is a great hotel. It's close to everything, clean, modern, with a friendly staff. Definitely would stay there again.

Good location to center Andorra la Vella, pretty close spa Caldea (very good place) Hotel 4 stars has: little room (size like bad), no tooth paste, tooth brash, if the window looks backyard you will always have night! I will never stay here anymore!

Absolutely NOT a 4 star hotel
This hotel has one good thing going for them; the location. You reach anything you need in the city within 5 minutes. BUT, the 4 star classification is just a joke. We got the smallest room I have ever been offered, with no window to the outside, only to the stairway indoors. We could not regulate heat or fans, as they were already set, and not adjustable. In the evening and night, there was no air extract function, and the heat was intense. We got a new room offered mid term, with the only difference window towards a wall, although accesing the outdoors. No laundry service on weekends; not what the hotel description said. Even if the price was nice, it was below any standard you could expect from anything rated above 2 star.

This hotel was fantastic for what we paid. It was one of the best hotels we stayed at throughout our stay in Europe because of the cheap price, good location, amazing views, and overall a nice hotel. I do recommend this hotel!

Excellent value hotel in Andorra la Vella
We had an excellent stay at this hotel for 7 nights. On arrival we were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Good English spoken. Staff were not very talkative during our stay but were always polite and dealt with any of our questions adequately. Our room was the perfect size for one weeks stay. Ample room to walk around, good sized bathroom, view on to the main street below and most importantly it was clean, comfortable and very quiet throughout the day and night. If travelling with a car, as we did, parking is a bit of an issue but this seems to be common throughout Andorra La Vella. The car had to be parked in a public car park. This however was within a minutes walk from the hotel and offered very secure parking. Charges are not particularly cheap (around 14.50 euros for 24hrs) but if using the car on a daily basis considerably less. We paid on average around 7 euros a day. There is some free parking on the street overnight but very difficult to get due to the competition. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and found it to be excellent value for money.

Stopped .over on the way down to Spain. Receptionist was friendly and helpful, and pointed out the car park over the road (There are two very close together on that road) Which would only cost a couple of Euros overnight, as opposed to the other on which would have been about fifteen.

My review is based upon a single night stay as a solo guest. The hotel is well located for shops, cafes and restaurants. There is also public parking across the street at a reasonable price. The receptionist was polite and helpful. I did not use the dining facilities. Rooms seem to be built around a central open area. The room I occupied seemed a little small but had a double bed, desk and stool. The bathroom was fine with bath and shower over the bath. There was air conditioning or the window could be opened for some air but opens onto the central open area. I thought the value was very good and would stay again.

Convenient hotel and close to downtown
This hotel is very good and close to city center. All the shops are in the walking distance and it takes only 10 minutes walk to the bus station. The breakfast is served somewhat late starting at 7:30 AM and the room air conditioner made some noise, but disturbing one. Overall the hotel is clean and cozy and I would stay again.

Great location, near parking and of course the shops.Hotel room very good and clean BUT be prepared to be ignored at reception....both on arrival and departure...shame.Both times the phone rang and we might as well have not been there, no apology either.
