First of all, thank you to choose our hotel to stay in Andorra.Otherwise, we recommend you look over the booking details. Clearly, we charge all extra services. We have a staff that receives a salary every month. We only charged you the breakfast for the 3rd person that wasn’t included in your reservation which was only for two persons. Also, the parking was charged because it isn’t a free service as we detail in the hotel information.Your motivation seems to be just complaining!Your sincerely,

Excellent location right next to river and easy walking distance to main street of shopping. Room was pretty clean and most advance furniture you can find in big brand hotels. Breaksfast is good and parking easy to park.

Fantastic stay. Hotel reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and modern. Good and easy car parking.

Wonderful property! beautiful rooms, clean! small but very well thought out design! LED lighting built into cabinetry, solid wood doors (noise resistant). Loved the showers!

Great views of the river that gushes right below your rooms to the mountains. Great location. Nice sized room with a great bathroom. Great staff. Wished we could have stayed longer

Perfect for what I needed
A good location, helpful staff at check-in, easy walk back down the river into Andorra La Vella, shops, bus station etc. Comfortable room and no complaints at all. Perfect for what I needed

Nice place to stay
Nice stay at this hotel for a real break. Facility was quiet, clean and functional. Beds were very comfortable.

Thank you to give us your opinion about our hotel. However, we inform you that hotel has several types of rooms. Maybe you chose the “standard” room because it is the most economical (22 m2), but maybe you should have booked the “Premium” or “Suite” room which measures more than 30 m2. The customer service is very bad in this hotel , the location is good and the place is fine , parking very expensive . Cost like 25 percent of the room . If I’m paying over 120 euro per night I would like to be treated in the right way , the lady in the front desk was rude and arrogant.

We regret that the treatment of the client in our hotel did not seem you correct, however, we consider that, a such a general opinion cannot be given when you only overnight and you has not used any other service. The reception staff attended you correctly and politely at all times, independently of the amount paid by the customer, way that you did not correspond at your arrival at the hotel. In terms of the price of the parking, we regret that it was not at your liking, but you should keep in mind that it is a private car park, in the same building of the hotel with assigned space, only and exclusively for you. However, there is no a noticeable difference in the price per day for public car parks in the surrounding area.

Lovely new property next to the shopping district and Caldea. Our room was small but large enough for the two of us with a wonderful shower. The only issue I had was with the front desk, and this was with Andorra in general as well, was that people could be more friendlier.

First of all we want to thank you for coming to Hotel Metropolis during your stay in Andorra. We appreciate you enjoyed our establishment. However and just to inform you, the hotel has got more rooms than just “Standard” rooms like the one you reserved. We have bigger but more expensive rooms: “Premium” and “Suites”. You could ask to change to one of those rooms by paying its supplement. We regret that the front desk and Andorran people weren’t as nice as you expected for the only day you spent at our country. Very nice hotel, close to shops and restaurants but a bit of a walk/short drive to the main shopping/eating area - with the upside of being quiet. Very nice room, excellent shower and nice view

Un hôtel de qualité vous pouvez y rendre les yeux fermés propreté, confort, déco, de la chambre ce qu’il faut pour être pleinement satisfait. Une parenthèse pour le monsieur qui travaille de nuit il est super sympathique également.

Hôtel 4* entièrement rénové avec parking privé (21e) , au calme et au bord de la rivière Valira . Un personnel agréable . Une chambre premium moderne , grande et toute équipé . Un pdj convenable avec une partie salée servie à l'assiette . Une belle surprise où nous reviendrons .

Muy buena atención por parte de los trabajadores del hotel. Las chicas de recepción son muy atentas. El hotel está muy céntrico, puedes ir andando a todos sitios. La habitación muy cómoda y siempre limpia. Muy recomendado
