“The property was very clean and welcoming. The decorations were very elegant with a touch of Halloween accents without feeling overdone or cheesy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with needed morning accessories. It was the perfect place to stay. We enjoyed how frequently the hosts checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend. ”

“We had a wonderful stay in Boston’s south end. The property is within walking distance to Northeastern and is surrounded by a lovely neighborhood with shops and restaurants. The place has a big kitchen which was perfect to gather and visit. We would stay here again. ”

“Five stars for location and the apartment is very cute and clean. No ocean views but we knew that ahead of time so just a short walk around the house and you are on the beach. Unfortunately there needs to be more insulation between the upstairs apartment and the bedrooms. The people above us were not trying to be loud but every foot step, chair moving and voices came right into the bedroom which went on until 1am each night. Ugh. Make sure to eat at the Riptide and hike the trails of Parker……

“The house was nice and spacious, dog friendly. The front bedroom looks out to the water. The bathrooms are renovated with heated floors - so nice especially during the coldest week of the season! The location is perfect for walking in warmer weather. Steve and Kristen were great hosts - responsive and helpful. We hope to visit again soon! ”

“The property was okay, but not great. The check-in process was completely lacking, I called, emailed and texted every number I could find with no response until around 6 pm on check-in day. The basic supplies in the kitchen and bathroom were lacking or non-existent and the second 'bed', an air mattress leaked badly.”

“Joe is fantastic to communicate with and he was readily available if needed. Lots of space for our group of four adults to comfortably relax and two of us were able to work all day from the dedicated work spaces in two of the bedrooms. Very convenient to stay parked and take Uber rides into Boston for sight seeing and restaurant reservations. And no check out cleaning rules! I highly recommend!”
