“The bathroom door does not close and didn’t have another room to go into”

“The rooms are spacious and the couches comfortable. The desk and chair are a nice touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, giving bottles of water when we checked in and even having cookies and mimosas one night. It’s close to everything and is great if you’re flying in to go on a cruise or just spending a weekend.”

“The breakfast is great, and there are snacks, drinks, beer, red and white wine, etc. in the evening from Monday to Wednesday. The washing machine and dryer are free for guests to use, which is very suitable for long-term stays.”

“Very disappointed with the cleanliness. When you walk in the lobby it deceives you with air fresheners and a decent layout but after that the carpets are filthy, the pool has a green shade, and the rooms are not clean. My room had a bad smell, the bathroom was dirty and had many hairs. Gross, yes those hairs! I had to go and buy my own cleaning products to clean and disinfectant while on vacation! I asked the front staff and cleaning staff and they were indifferent that the room needed……

“I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately.”

“The room was not cleaned properly. There was a pin left on the floor from the previous guest and it remained on the floor for the entirety of my stay. The fitted sheet was filled with bumps. I requested to have it changed however, all they did was made the bed with the same sheet. I had to call the front desk again to have someone come and change it. The room is dusty, and it triggered my allergies. I also had to report that to the front desk as it seems, the room was not dusted in quite a……
