The location is the most perfect location I have ever stayed in! It's right next to the bus/coach station (direct to and from the airport for £12 each way), inside the train station, across the way from the trams, across the way from a shopping mall and a 100 food and convenience stores within arms reach! The room was also really nice, lobby was lovely, breakfast was amazing, staff really friendly! I would 100% recommend this hotel!

I was not too excited with my recent stay at this hotel. The experience fell far short of what you'd expect at that level, and I don't believe it justifies the premium price. I'd especially caution families: Radisson chain is not child-friendly. If you're traveling with kids, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

The woman at the front desk was so kind explaining everything to me, check in was super easy, breakfast was great, and my room was SO stylish. This was probably the cutest hotel room I’ve stayed in while traveling Europe. It’s extremely close to Liseberg amusement park and Scandinavium. The tram is very close too!
