“Stayed for a London marathon / birthday weekend and couldn't fault. Great comms with property, before during and after - super helpful in arranging access for delivery of birthday gifts. Check in was ready way earlier than planned. Fantastic location right by farringdon station with easy access to tube and Thames link. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores to choose from. Allowed us to store luggage post check out. Room was super spacious and had everything we……

“The hotel looks and feels good. Numerous bus stops nearby will get you most places, grocery store downstairs. Basic breakfast. Security guard on every floor was odd. Rude staff. ”

“You would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel but the check-in process is not very welcoming… we are a family of 3 with a small child plus two big luggages… when we arrived, no one offer a hand to move the luggages up the staircase to the main reception area… in fact, no one is there… so we have to move the heavy suitcases ourselves… the check in is relatively quick but the staff is cold… so it’s quite unpleasant to begin with… we decided to have dinner at the Fitz’s but the table they……
